​🎸 Kreatives Musik-Konzept mit Licht und Schatten
Pros:

​Besonderes Ambiente:
Das Musik-Thema ist dekorativ toll umgesetzt und sorgt für eine ganz besondere Atmosphäre. ✨

​Zweckmäßige Ausstattung:
Die Gemeinschaftsküche ist gut eingerichtet und eignet sich hervorragend, um sich warme Mahlzeiten zuzubereiten. 🍳

​Konzept:
Die gesamte Gestaltung der Unterkunft ist kreativ und mal etwas anderes. 🎶

Sicherheitsrisiko Fahrstuhl: ⚠️
Wir blieben abends im Fahrstuhl stecken. Der Notruf reagierte erst nach längerer Zeit und wir mussten die Tür schließlich mit eigener Kraft aufdrücken. Für meine schwerbehinderte Reisebegleitung war dies eine enorme Belastung. Hier muss die Technik dringend geprüft werden.

​Parksituation & Kosten: 🚗💸
Es gibt keine hoteleigenen Parkplätze. Öffentliche Plätze sind zeitlich begrenzt und die Parkhäuser in Saarbrücken sehr teuer. Ein günstiger Zimmerpreis kann sich dadurch schnell relativieren. Wir hatten nur durch einen defekten Automaten (nach Rücksprache mit der Politesse) Glück.

​Hellhörigkeit: 👂
Die Zimmer sind leider sehr hellhörig, man bekommt viel von den Nachbarn mit.

​Service-Kommunikation:
Auf meine persönliche Nachricht zu dem Vorfall im Fahrstuhl gab es leider keine Rückmeldung, was ich sehr schade fand.

The worst choice
Pros:

The only positive point was that when taking a bath, the water was warm.
Thanks to booking.com, to whom I could talk to when no one is responsible there.

Cons:

Nothing was as expected.
Could enter the place with a lot of difficulties, the door key's quality was bad, you could hear your neighbo'stalk easily, as if they were near you.
It should also be called smoky residence not music residence, as the room had only the smelling of smoke, even though it was not allowed to smoke.

In addition, no one is responsible there and you get hardly any responses from the person called "Responsible". Very hard to talk to someone in case of problems 🫥🫥

Why should such places stay in booking.com as a choice? Someone with more care about the property should be called responsible.
My worst experience, I can call it.

Difficile d'entrer.... Faut s'y prendre a plusieurs fois aussi bien a l'entrée de l'immeuble qu'à l'entrée à l'étage

Rien du tout, je me suis fait arnaquer...

Cons:

Mur fin avec des voisins de chambre bourré a toquer au mur toute la nuit, c'est pas agréable du tout ... ensuite payer pour 4 personnes une chambre mais avoir 2 petites couvertures et 2 oreillers pour 2 lits double c'était super, une personne sur deux n'avait rien ... sans compter 3 serviettes sur 4 ... bref a éviter, pour quelques euros de plus, 500m plus bas à h2 hôtel, un bien meilleur confort avec petit déjeuner compris et surtout un oreiller et couverture chacun. Franchement extrêmement déçu voir même je me sent arnaquer !!!

Formule intéressante pour petit séjour et si possible avec groupe d'amis pour un partage facilité

Douche et toilettes communes. Mais bien passé car peu de personnes à l'étage pour le week-end concerné h

I am staying here regularly when I have weekend classes in Saarbruken - due to the proximity to the school. The rooms are usually clear, the heating works and there is warm water.

The internet was not functioning and was fixed on the second day.

Keine antwort bei Nachrichten wegen der Frage wegen den Parkplätze.
Zuerst Falsches passwort für den schlüssel

L'emplacement et le nombre de lits

Cons:

Très difficile d'avoir un contact avec la personne qui s'occupe du logement, Tim.
Il ne répond pas aux mails. Il faut pouvoir appeler et sans parler anglais c'est très compliqué.
À notre arrivée 1 des chambres n'était pas faite et nous n'avons pas pu nous en servir on a dû dormir à 2 dans 1 lit alors que c'était un voyage pro !
J'ai envoyé un mail pour signaler et à ce jour je n'ai eu aucune réponse !!
