Uma experiência muito boa
Pros:

O hotel é muito limpo. As equipes de trabalho são ótimas, todos muito prestativos.

Cons:

O café era sempre a mesma coisa e muito simples. Também poderia haver um frigobar no quarto. Com exceção desses pontos, não tenho nenhuma crítica. Tudo muito bom. Voltaria, com certeza.

Good hotel on the edge of the old town
Pros:

Very good location. Friendly and helpful staff and a good breakfast.

Cons:

I had a very small single room with a view onto an inner courtyard. This was a shame in the beautiful city of Santiago

la amabilidad hace que la estancia sea perfecta
Pros:

personal increiblemente amable. Hicieron el esfuerzo de limpieza para permitirnos un check in mas temprano, debido a que necesitabamos cambiarnos para una boda.
Ademas, nos aportaron un desayuno, tabla y plancha, consejos y taxi. siempre un paso adelante!

Cons:

seria ideal tener agua de cortesia en la habitacion

A lovely little quiet hotel.
Pros:

The location is very good. The historic centre is about a 3 minute walk away. There is an arrangement with a nearby car park 2 minutes away for an excellent rate. The staff were super. My son has autism and eats a very restricted diet so Nori on reception gave us directions to a supermarket to buy his food. When we returned, she kindly gave us utensils and cutlery so he could eat his meal at the dining area while we had our coffee and this was at 10pm. This kindness helped us out so much and made such a difference. The breakfast staff were equally as pleasant.

Cons:

I cannot think of anything negative to write about this hotel.

Parking public à 8mn (16€ pour soirée, nuit et matinée)
Petit déjeuner " imposé " relativement copieux

Cons:

Pas de climatisation, sans doute pas indispensable en temps normal (35°)

Pros:

Ein tolles Hotel in super Lage direkt neben dem Park und 3 min von der Altstadt entfernt. Die Zimmer waren tip-top und ich habe meine Sachen noch nie so ordentlich aufgeräumt gesehen 😀
Das Frühstück habe ich in angenehmer, ruhiger Atmosphäre genießen können, das Personal war sehr nett.
