Easy parking, good bed and room, large bathroom
The bathroom was a private bathroom but a few steps from the room. The door was a little stiff and so was making a lot of noise for a mid sleep trip to the bathroom, and locating the keys. But all ok for a short stay

Small and uncomfortable bed, poor noise insulation.
The room itself was clean, quiet with good facilities and Caroline was very responsive and courteous. The kitchen was also clean.
Unfortunately, the bathroom had not been cleaned by the cleaner Caroline had used when I arrived, which was in stark contrast to the bedroom. I didn't use the shower for one day as a result. Caroline dealt with the issue promptly, professionally and compensated me without me having to ask. Though it was very disappointing, I get the sense it was a one off and Caroline showed her decency and professionalism in dealing with the matter so I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her place.
I have stayed here twice now and will continue to return when I visit Cambridge. Such a comfortable stay, high quality linens and comfy beds. The house has essentially everything needed to self-cater and is great for a longer stay. Check-in was simple and the rooms are presented to a high standard.
It’s 20min walk to the station, however, the house is close to 2 bus stops that go to the station and city centre. Other guests kept leaving the back door unlocked both times I stayed - it is a residential area and therefore seems pretty safe, but some better instructions on how to lock the door could be provided on a sign or something.

Excellent accueil de Caroline qui m'a permis d'accéder à la chambre avant l'heure de check in. Elle m'a offert un café pour attendre dans le salon - cuisine à disposition. Comme chez une amie. Maison très bien tenue, pas de bruit, très bon emplacement pour accéder au centre de Cambridge à pied en 30' . Accès gare en 40 ' à pieds sans se presser. Quartier très calme et safe.
Personnellement, il m'a manqué une petite table dans la chambre, pour utiliser mon ordinateur.

It’s a bit of a walk to central Cambridge but still close enough. The walk is pleasant.
We had a wonderful stay in Cambridge! Everything was very clean and well maintained. The complimentary coffee and biscuits and water were a really nice touch. Communication with the staff was excellent and very easy. The location is great, only about a 15-minute walk to the city center. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

L’hébergement est très confortable cosy.une belle cuisine aménagée avec un coin salon. Nous étions seuls aussi, nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous l’hébergement donne sur la rue et notre chambre était côté jardin. Aucun bruit n’assortiment de thé café bouilloire dans la chambre et très appréciable, la salle de bain parfaite avec tout le nécessaire, il y avait même des produits d’hygiène en grande quantité. Le bus est à peine à sept minutes à pied de la maison, un petit supermarché coupe est aussi à proximité.
Le lit. Trop étroit, je dirais qu’il doit mesurer au maximum 1,20 m. Il aurait la place de mettre un lit d’u1 m40. En enlevant une commode.
La plante dans le coin est en plastique.
Elle ne sert à rien vaut mieux y mettre un fauteuil ou une chaise.
