Amazing, it felt like home!
Pros:

Every part of our staying have been managed perfectly. The staff has been wonderful, available and extremely kind to respond to every of our request. The room was perfectly clean, organized and smelling so good. The location is wonderful and safe without any scare or problem and so near to Taksim Square. Everything is new and renovated and the service was so high quality that we decided to extend our staying for another week.

Friendly staff, great location, nice modern hotel
Pros:

Great location, modern room and decor, clean, polite and friendly staff

Cons:

Breakfast options were a bit on the low side but still tasted nice.

There was also an issue where the water didnt drain from the shower and ended up flooding the room, but the staff cleaned this up and fixed the problem on the same day

الفندق جميل ومرتب واللوبي هاديء والطاقم ودودين والنظافة يومياً في حال ماتبغى تضغط زر عدم الإزعاج ومحد يدخل الغرفة وفي خزنة برقم سري

Cons:

التكييف كان سيء جداً صوته مزعج والبروده سيئه والسيارات وصولها للفندق معقد تحتاج تمشي اغلب الاوقات

Very good hotel in a great location
Pros:

The cleanliness and the staff were amazing. The reception was always helpful and very polite.

Cons:

The room was very small for two people although this was clearly indicated when I booked so it is not the hotels fault. So I recommend visitors to consider the size. Also the bathroom does not have good insulation so the shower water can get outside in the living quarters of the room if one is not careful so that was very annoying.
