I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel and would definitely come back! The room design is beautiful, and the quality of the furniture and bathroom fixtures is excellent. Everything was clean, neat, and well maintained, and the housekeeping was very good. The bed was also very comfortable. The room was quiet in terms of street noise, which was a big plus.
The staff were very attentive, friendly, and easy to communicate with.
The location is perfect — everything is within walking distance, and it's very convenient to return to the hotel while exploring the city.
I especially appreciated the hotel's eco-friendly approach and its policy of mindful housekeeping. It's great to see that the hotel not only follows sustainable practices, but also helps raise guests' awareness of this topic!
Unfortunately, the free Wi-Fi was extremely weak.... If you are travelling for work, it would be difficult to get anything done on a work laptop using the hotel Wi-Fi. I had to rely on my mobile hotspot the entire time. I would really appreciate it if the hotel could improve the Wi-Fi, as this would make a big difference for guests who need to work from their room in the morning or evening.
One small point about the bathroom: after taking a shower, some water leaks or splashes out from the shower door onto the floor. It's not a major issue, but perhaps it could be fixed. Thank you!
Отличное расположение, рядом в шаговой доступности любой общественный транспорт, чистота в номерах, свежий ремонт, хороший завтрак . Очень симпатичное лобби. Есть терраса. В общем, рекомендую отель.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour au Martine Hôtel. Le cadre est charmant, la chambre particulièrement belle et confortable, et l’emplacement constitue un véritable atout. Le petit-déjeuner était satisfaisant et bien apprécié.
Seul léger bémol : le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas à notre arrivée, ce qui a rendu la chambre assez froide dans un premier temps. Après avoir contacté le personnel, le problème a été résolu quelques heures plus tard, mais cela a légèrement affecté notre confort en début de séjour.

L hôtel est très bien placé dans une rue calme et proche métro 3 minutes à pied.Des restaurants, des cafés, des supérettes au pied de l hôtel et à 5 minutes de marche de la rue principale où il y a tout … l hôtel est très bien insonorisé, la literie confortable et propre, le petit déjeuner est bon avec du sucré et du salé, mais il est vrai que c est tous les jours la même chose.
Il faudrait mettre un petit savon dans les salles de bain .
Deuxième fois dont je vais. Un hôtel au top avec personnel au top. Se situe à pied même pas 5 minutes de la place de Taksim.
Je reviendrais encore :)
Staff is very polite,professional and willing to assist. I had an issue with heating in the room,so they reacted immediatelly and came to fix it,however due to the fact that the problem could not be fixed they changed my room. Location is great,breakfast

Echt een leuk hotel, vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, schoon kamer, uitgebreid ontbijt, perfect locatie.
Ongeïsoleerde installatie in het plafond makte ons elke keer wakker bij het gebruik, dit was echt jammer.
