mooi gelegen ,maar onpersoonlijk en te duur

eerste ontvangst receptie was zeer vriendelijk .wisselen kamer was ook vlot gegaan,verzorgde kamers.

Cons:

het diner 20 uur gereserveerd , de bediening was oke, maar het voorgerecht ,hoofdschotel en dessert beneden maats,de presentatie fantasieloos en smaakloos,ook de hoofdschotel was werkelijk smaakloos .rommelige presentatie ,zelfs zeer ontgoochelend .nergens in de regio zo slecht gegeten .objectief bekeken:mooi uitzicht ,maar prijs-kwaliteit ,1/10.

Annecy ist eine Reise wert.

Zuvorkommender Service, Fahreigenschaften, Concierge, Rezeption tiptop , 1.Tag im Restaurant mit allem "drum und dran"

Cons:

Unser 2.!Tag im Restaurant. Überforderter Service, der dann leider auch die "Contenance" verlor, der Hund war begeistert von dem trockenen und zähen Fleisch.

Disappointing for such a grand hotel, won’t be staying again

Service was incredibly poor, both for getting a drink in the evening (40 minute wait) and at breakfast (food ordered did n’t arrive). No breakdown on bill at the end and only realised I was being over charged when I asked for details

Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist einzigartig, direkt am See. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, gepflegt und sehr geschmackvoll und doch praktisch ausgestattet. Zudem gibt es die Möglichkeit Fahrräder auszuleihen.

Cons:

Beim Frühstück ist es sehr schade, dass es viele vorabgepackte Angebote gibt, das lässt das Ganze manchmal nicht so wertig erscheinen. Ist aber ein persönlicher Eindruck. Schade ist allerdings, dass der Wellness-Bereich nicht uneingeschränkt zugänglich ist, sondern man lediglich Slots von 1 Stunde hat, um Pool und Sauna nutzen zu können. Das ist bei einem Hotel dieser Preiskategorie meines Erachtens nicht so optimal.

Bel endroit pour visiter Annecy.
Pros:

La chambre est bien équipée et élégante. Lit spacieux et confortable.

Cons:

Au restaurant, il y a de gros soucis d’organisation au niveau du personnel, on y mange bien, le cadre est joli mais il y a beaucoup trop d’attente entre les plats et pour la commande.

Location on the lake is excellent. Rooms with lake view are very nice. Very nice bathrooms and beds.

Cons:

Several restaurants which is nice but food is mediocre and no AC in restaurants is very tough in summer. It’s a 15-20min walk to old town which might be far for some when you want to go out to dinner.
