Pros:

Emplacement idéal pour celles et ceux qui veulent aller se balader près du lac/vieille ville. Petit déjeuner correct mais sans plus. Room service et conciergerie au top.

Cons:

Très déçue par le rapport qualité/prix. J’ai payé un tarif élevé pour une chambre standard, alors que d’autres clients, le même soir, ont obtenu une chambre avec balcon et vue pour un montant inférieur. On m’a expliqué que cela dépendait des variations tarifaires selon la date de réservation, mais l’écart reste difficilement justifiable.

Son charme historique et son emplacement à Annecy. Le personnel attentif et sympathique

Cons:

La literie était pas exceptionnelle et le restaurant bruyant avec le pianiste au moment du repas. Service insatisfaisant au restaurant avec oubli de plat et de verre d’apéritif et vaisselle incomplète à table. Personnel désorganisé 🤨

High quality hotel
Pros:

The staff was exceptional. Very courteous and professional. We had a problem with the air conditioning in the room. The staff did everything they could to help. Special thanks to the reception manager Gabriel. The hotel is in an excellent location and the meals are of a high standard.
