Convenient for Paulding
Over priced
Great location and extremely quiet, The room was comfortable and clean I enjoyed the breakfast restaurant, Past Time Cafe, that's just a few blocks away.
It was cozy.
Steps are steep but they can not change them
A great stop on our 127 adventure. Nice room with a view to the west. Easy check-in and out. Quiet location. Bonus - we were able to do a wash!!!

Little dust and dead lady bugs by the window
The room was very clean and comfortable. And the atmosphere of the whole place was just charming. Thank you for a pleasant stay.
The stairs to our room were exceedingly steep. Each step was at least an inch or two higher than a standard stair step. For someone with difficulty climbing stairs, this made things even harder.
Real coffee maker, location
Beds were OK but I'm not complaining
First we booked at the owner’s inn, but somehow that property was double booked (it was blamed on booking.com) and the owner called me and offered this other property of his, a house. I agreed after being told it was a nice area and safe. I had second thoughts and texted the owner that we would not stay there. He assured me the property was in a safe neighborhood so I agreed to the rental. We wound up not staying at the property. We arrived at the property and were disappointed. The area was sketchy: in a run-down industrial part of town, broken sidewalks with a lot of weedy plants all around. The neighboring homes are neglected and unkempt. No way would I walk this neighborhood (I did ask the owner if it was a safe area to walk and was told yes…no way). The property itself looked clean and neat but we didn’t feel comfortable unpacking our car and moving into the house. We did not feel safe.
Location, location, location.
Being in Ohio for a family reunion/ memorial, this reminded me of my grandparents home in Cecil. I felt extremely comfortable and safe. The owners were extremely accessible while also giving us our privacy.
The stairs were a little tough on my knees, but I loved the property so much that I really didn’t mind.
