宿は快適だったが料金が高すぎた

Great staff, excellent hospitality, and a perfect place to stay.
Pros:

I’m really appreciated the hospitality of the staff at Shinanoji Hotel. They are very kind and helpful. I also like the cleanliness and the location of the hotel. It is not far from the station. Breakfast is also great. Overall I give this hotel a perfect score.

Cons:

My family and I love everything about this hotel. There is nothing to complain about it. Even the walk to the station was also nice. So, I really do not have anything that I did not like at this hotel.

長野観光にはとても良いホテルです。
Pros:

駅前から散歩に良い距離で、ホテル周辺は静かで過ごしやすいです。
清掃が行き届いていて、清潔感があります。何よりもフロントも朝食対応のスタッフもとても親切でした。

Cons:

和室は、バス、トイレ別。ツインルームは、ユニットバス。
わがままをいえば…全てバストイレ別だと最高です。

Great hotel for a short stay in Nagano!
Pros:

The location was about a 9 minute walk from Nagano Station. Staff was kind and the facility was clean. Perfect for a family of 4 to stay in a single room (Japanese-style beds).

Cons:

I wish the beds would have been made instead of folded up on the floors. We had already stayed in another Japanese-style hotel on our trip, so we knew how to set them up quickly, but it would have been nice if they were already laid out and made up.
