The hotel is dated and tired looking, but it could be ok if it weren’t for some of the clientele.

The hotel is located within walking distance to the beach and the main restaurant/bar strip in El Arenal.

Cons:

The hotel seems to allow groups of young people which meant it was filled with drunk, noisy people. Perhaps we were especially unlucky while we were there but we struggled to be able to use the pool area because of drunk, loud people (one person especially made it very difficult to feel comfortable while he was spouting misogynistic and racist abuse loudly across the entire pool area while getting drunker and drunker) and we were kept awake all night with people shouting, fighting and slamming doors up and down the entire hallway we were based in. To top it off, the walls and doors are very thin and the beds squeak like crazy so we were ‘treated’ to a lot of noise from within the rooms too

Pros:

L'hôtel est plutôt très bien pour ses 3 étoiles, le personnel est vraiment au petit soin.
Tout est à côté pour les déplacements :
- 15 min de bus pour l'aéroport.
- 30 min de bus pour le centre de Palma
- 30 à 40 min pour la cala PI
- 10 min pour aller à la plage.
- Piscine propre, calme et surveillée.
- Équipé de la climatisation.
Les linges de bain et draps changés chaque jours.
Le petit déjeuner est copieux et frais.
Je conseille vivement L'hôtel et merci à la gérante et son frère pour être à l'écoute des clients.

Ich würde dass Hotel nicht wieder buchen, meinen Ansprüchen hat es nicht genügt. Einen gewissen Hygienestandard und auch

Lage, ca. 5 Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt.
Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt vor dem Hotel & ebenfalls auch kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten direkt vor dem Hotel.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist ziemlich runtergekommen, die Badezimmer sollten dringend renoviert werden.
Es könnte aufjedenfall besser geputzt werden.
Der Lift ist jeden Tag ausgefallen, in den 5 Tagen die ich da war.
Sie bieten einen Zimmerservice den man mit einem QR Code bestellen kann (Burger, Pizza, Pasta etc.), habe dort bestellt, bezahlt und es wurde nichts geliefert.

Tout Le personnel Pedro sa sœur et son frère des gens formidables qui parlent le français couramment car ils y ont vécu.
Pedro nous a recommandé un restaurant dans sa ville qui était exceptionnel dans tout les sens.
