Pros:

Отличное расположение недалеко от Галатской башни. Рядом кафе чтобы позавтракать и магазины. До Галатского моста 20 минут неспешной ходьбы.
Помещение не сильно просторное, но для двоих вполне достаточно. Отличные подушки и матрас - спать одно удовольствие. Телевизор со смарт тв тоже супер. Душ прекрасный, что отдельно кайф - не выливается наружу вода. Что до шумоизоляции… Средняя. Был вечер, когда соседи за окном что-то весьма громко обсуждали пару часов, пришлось попросить потише. Были в апартаментах номер 1, на первом этаже, да, было слышно, как соседи с верхних этажей приходят, но обычно народ быстро затихает. Разговоров в номерах не слышно.
Администратор оперативно отвечал на вопросы, вайфай работал, бывало отваливался, быстро чинили. Воспользовались услугой трансфера туда-обратно, все четко.

Cons:

Да в целом по такому бюджету все отлично

Staff went out of their way to help. Sanaz was on site and even helped on her day off.

Отличный вариант размещения для здоровых молодых людей, которые не боятся лестниц
Pros:

Близко к интересным местам, но на тихой улочке; быстро реагировал персонал на просьбы; красивые виды с террасы, две комнаты для проживания + кухня-салон - было где провести время и посидеть всем вместе. Два санузла, наличие всего необходимого для пребывания. Надо учитывать, что лифта в доме нет. Отличный интернет.

Cons:

Попросили заранее отправить нам точный адрес проживания, но почему-то получили отказ (мы не просили коды дверных замков, только номер дома, чтобы наметить маршруты на картах), однако нам прислали всю информацию только в день заезда, когда возможности что-то заранее посмотреть уже не было.

Exzellente Lage, alle Startpunkte und interessante Ziele sind in 15 min zu Fuss erreichbar: nach oben zum Galataturm (Höhenunterschied von Galatabrücke mit Tunnel-Ubahn bequem überwindbar.). oder zu Fuß zur Fährstelle.
Zu Bus u. Tram in 10 min runter und von dort überall hin..
Sehr geschmackvoll saniert und eingerichtet. Separate Wohn- und Schlafzimmer. Wirksame Klimaanlage.
Kleiner netter Balkon mit Teil-Seeblick. Gute Betten. ruhiges Haus, ruhige Straße. Kleine Küchenzeile..Läden und kleine Restaurants in der Nähe.
Kulante Betreuung in der Nähe, auch bei check -in und -out-Zeitwünschen.

Cons:

kein Lift (da Altbau), Es ist für den Suchenden bei den gemixten Fotos vor Buchung nicht klar, welche WE man mit oder ohne Balkon oder Terrasse oder ganz ohne bekommt. Man muß sich das gleichbestätigen lassen.
Schlafzimmer sollte problemlos eigene Tür bekommen. Küche problemlos mit Toaster sowie Microwelle (mit Grill und Heißluft) an der Wand ergänzbar, dann hat man mehr vom Balkon.und den Bäckereien, Grillbistros usw, wo es oft eng zugeht.

Pros:

Really impressed! A peaceful place to stay which was well ventilated and comfortable. Everything was really good - the bed, the peace and quiet. Even though I was on the ground floor next to the stairs, I wasn't disturbed by noise at all (and I'm sensitive to noise). Appreciated the pod coffee and cold water as I arrived at 6 am, exhausted. Fell straight into a wonderful sleep until 1pm, undisturbed by other guests.

Cons:

The room could be better lit - there is one section of the room that stays dark... This was my only issue and it was minor.

Easy check in, nice room although small, in a great neighborhood.

Cons:

The unit I reserved was supposed to have a terrace. There wasn’t one. I felt very misled by the misrepresented booking.

Pros:

* Amazing view. The terrace looks over the Bosphorus. Sunsets were beautiful.
* Big and clean. The rooms have lots of space and everything was tidy.
* Useful things inside. Each room has air-conditioning. The kitchen has a coffee machine and all basic tools for cooking.
* Quiet but central. You can walk to the main sights, cafes, and transport, yet the street is calm at night.

Cons:

* Strange smell at the door. When you enter the appartment, you notice an unpleasant odor, maybe from the pipes.
* Five flights of stairs: The flat is on the 5th floor and there is no lift. Carrying heavy suitcases up and down was hard.

- Back packers paradise (only for back packers though)
- Excellent location which is very close to Galata Tower & Istanbul Museum of Modern Art

This place is a museum of cost-cutting. Example: Extremely narrow & confined spaces in bathroom. No matter what, please don't take the basement. The photographs are totally misleading.

- The room is actually in a basement. Carrying luggage is a huge chore
- Not easily accessible by taxi
- No wardrobe (there was something really tiny next to the kitchen)
- No lock on bathroom door
- The biddet tap (water outflow) is misaligned
- We requested an extra blanket. It was smelly

No matter what, please don't take the basement. The photographs are totally misleading.

Just perfect for a getaway.
Pros:

Great size, location amazing for me as i wanted to be there. The balcony with a small view on the bosphorus was an added bonus.

Wonderful location, beautiful views, well appointed.

Cons:

There were 67 stairs to climb to the penthouse, which made the views beautiful, but would be challenging if you had mobility issues.

More than best ..
Pros:

The apartment was clean, elegant.. near almost every thing you need.. the receptionist Senaz was kind and helpful.. we felt like we’re home.. Thank you..

Cons:

There is no elevator.. so carrying the luggage could be little bet hard as the stair is small.. I hope they can find a way to optimize the accommodation..
