Las instalaciones y la hermosa vista.
Nos encanto la vista, las instalaciones son muy limpias y grandes. Excelente ubicación hacía otros pueblitos mágicos.
Lo. Único que le. vende inconveniente es que no tiene bn Internet, si bien casi no está uno en el. Hotel, Inter te es importante para cuando. Llegamos al hotel no hay señal.

El restaurante. Música en vivo en la mañana con alto volumen.
Estuvimos 15 minutos en la.mesa sin que nadie nos atendiera, aunque el mesero pasó 2 veces frente a nosotros, ni siquiera nos volteó a ver. Decidimos retirarnos a desayunar en otro sitio.
Muy limpio, una vista hermosa, el desayuno muy rico.
Cuando llegamos nos cobraron más de lo que la aplicación marcaba con impuestos.

Hotel facilities are nice and clean. It's very peaceful. We like that breakfast is included. Restaurant and front desk at check-in staff was really nice.
Views from both hotel and restaurant are really nice.
They charge you extra 400mx for using Booking app, vs price direct with the hotel.
When doing the check-out I had some doubts and the staff at front desk was not very friendly or kind.

The place was overall great, the forest, the green areas, the room was as expected, nice bonuses. the people was very helpfull and kind, the lady that arrange the bed for my kid was so nice and warm.
The pressure of the water in the bath, the fact that the restaurant is separated from the property, the internet service is bad, my expectations from the restaurant were high and I feel they weren't full filled.
The view and comfort of the bed. I really appreciate the extra infirmation about the place and events going on during my stay there by the hotel manager.
