Pros:

Всем привет, жили 1 ночь, ранее останавливался в Camel в 1 и 2 корпусе - простенько, но самый центр и дёшево.
В этот раз нас было трое, поселили в другом (3) корпусе, в тихом уютном месте.
В номер был отдельный вход с улицы - очень удобно.
Реально можно ночевать в четвертом.
Есть большой холодильник.
Душ и комнаты - зачёт.

Cons:

Мало посуды на кухне.
И достаточно простенькая.

nice apartment in the tourist center
Pros:

A nice, pleasant room🙂. The furniture has beautiful details. The room has dark curtains. A comfortable bed and pillow. I didn't hear any noise, even though it's the tourist center of the city. A bedspread was provided instead of a sheet or blanket. I was provided with a towel and slippers (I didn't use the slippers, but it was very nice). The room has air conditioning, which is quite sufficient for the entire space. The kitchen has a kettle, a refrigerator, and a small stove, along with ample utensils. I didn't use the stove. The shower is good; it works well, is easily adjustable, and both hot and cold water flow smoothly. There is a hair dryer, but I didn't use it. It's fairly clean, although I'm very picky. The host was polite and attentive, responding quickly to messages. Even before check-in, we were sent the address and Wi-Fi connection, which is very helpful if you don't have internet or phone service when you check in. I also asked for a warm blanket, just in case, as I get very cold 😂. I didn't use it, but it was in the closet. After check-out, I was able to leave our luggage for a few hours for free.

Cons:

The kettle was dirty (by the way, this can be solved by simply pouring out the water so it doesn't stand), the stove wasn't very clean, but rather just old, and the floor was a bit grimy. Not super clean, but not super dirty either. There were no curtains in the bathroom, which was very uncomfortable since it was a window-to-window affair, and the kitchen also only had transparent curtains. The shower door didn't work properly. (As previously mentioned in reviews,) ants are still running around the corner of the kitchen. The foot towel in the bathroom had a hole in it 🤭, but that's more funny than unpleasant. At some point, the neighbors were clearly audible, but fortunately not for long.

Pros:

I liked that it was in a very good location and pretty safe. Also, it is close to the metro, transportation, and everything else is nearby.
The apartment was nice and had kitchen utensils.
The host was welcoming.

Cons:

I didn't like that it wasn't pretty clean. It just needs some floor cleaning and under the bed as well.

Tolle Zeit in Antalya – schöne Stadt, herzliche Menschen, Unterkunft mit kleinen Schwächen"
Pros:

Ein großes Lob geht an Alpay, den Hausbetreuer – ein ausgesprochen freundlicher, hilfsbereiter und fleißiger Mensch. Immer gut gelaunt, stets ansprechbar und mit einem offenen Ohr für Anliegen. Seine Betreuung hat den Aufenthalt deutlich angenehmer gemacht.
Die Lage ist insgesamt okay: In der Nähe gibt es genug kleinere Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf. Für größere Besorgungen muss man allerdings in die Stadt gehen (ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß). Der schönste Sandstrand liegt etwa 30 Minuten entfernt mit taxi, mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln dauert es rund eine Stunde. Der nächste Bazar ist zu Fuß in etwa 15 Minuten erreichbar.

Cons:

Trotzdem muss ich einige Kritikpunkte ansprechen. Wir hatten zwei Apartments gemietet – eines im Erdgeschoss, das andere im Dachgeschoss. Beide Wohnungen sind deutlich in die Jahre gekommen und sollten dringend renoviert werden, insbesondere Küche und Bad.
In der Dachgeschosswohnung hatten wir zudem häufiger kein warmes Wasser – besonders beim Duschen ein Ärgernis. Positiv zu erwähnen ist aber, dass die Betten sauber waren.
Fazit: Der Aufenthalt hatte gute Seiten – vor allem dank Alpay – aber die Wohnungen brauchen dringend Aufmerksamkeit. Mit etwas mehr Pflege und Investition wäre hier deutlich mehr Potenzial

Great location
Pros:

The location is great. In the old town, walkable to plenty of restaurants, bars, cafes and beaches. The neighbourhood is charming and quiet. Communication with our host was good, from directions to flexible check-in. Bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The apartment could really do with a deep clean, particularly the kitchen and bathroom. As well as fixes to general wear and tear.

The most repugnant & nauseating place

Where to start?
Apartment not clean, horrible smell, it looks like after the WWII bombing.
The toilet disgusting. Looks like it was never cleaned. The toilet seat destroyed and you keep falling off the toilet.
The shower impossible to use, as the shower cap was leaking all the water from the bottom. Good luck showering!

During my stay, they decided to change the doors, so I come to the room one day and I find the door fully open, no one in the apartment, all my stuff covered with dirty covers. Horrible experience!
