They care, and made us feel comfortable during our stay.
From a smooth check in, help with the luggage, to a number of local suggestions (bicycle tour, food tour, restaurants, walking-map-directions), etc. until we checked out, all our interactions were super nice.
The room, it's cleanliness, and all related service were immaculate.
We enjoyed our stay, are happy to recommend, and will try to return.

It was beautiful rooms and the staff was so kind. The location was perfect and we just loved our overall experience.

Staff went above and beyond to ensure a great stay.
Ontbijt was niet inbegrepen maar de paar keer dat ik bij de buren heb ontbeten waren top (hoewel het ontbijt al om 10u stopt). Er werd flexibel meegedacht over dieet wensen. Ze vergaten op zeker moment een xtra cappuccino bij Tableau Bar Bistro en die kreeg ik daarom meteen van hen. Alle mensen zowel in Loden hotel als in Tableau waren zeer voorkomend, gastvrij, behulpzaam en vriendelijk.
De gym was ruim, licht en goed uitgerust (en rustig).
Heerlijk lichte hotelkamer met prima bed, bureau en ramen van plafond tot de vloer.
Locatie was perfect op loopafstand van alles - en als je een stuk wil gaan loggen in Stanley Park een prima uitvalsbasis.
Was overall een top ervaring. Enige dissonant was dat ik een 90' relaxation massage had geboekt en een 60' deep tissue massage kreeg. Een miscommunication die kan gebeuren.
Bed was very comfortable and room size was very adequate. Love the turn down service with water and a treat. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Good location for exploring the city.
With all the items that need charging I would have appreciated having more modern options available in the room. Hotel and staff treat you like royalty but still felt a bit expensive for what we got. No views, no balconies, Etc
Breakfast was great. Location can’t be beat. I received a massage and had a great massage therapist.
