The staff was amazing
No heated pools
Die Aussicht war ein Traum, das Bett sehr bequem, der Zimmerservice top und der Shuttleservice sehr praktisch. Das Personal großteils freundlich. Es herrscht eine ruhige und entspannte Atmosphäre.
Das Frühstück war ok, aber unserer Meinung nach definitiv kein 5 Sterne Niveau. Das Restaurant bestenfalls durchschnittlich, wir haben nur am ersten Abend im Hotel zu Abend gegessen -die nächsten Tage dann weitaus bessere Restaurants in der Umgebung entdeckt. Die Cocktails am Abend waren in Ordnung, die bestellte Pizza beim Mittagessen hingegen beinahe unverschämt (Tiefkühlpizza, dicker, weicher Teig, Käse nicht geschmolzen mit drei Scheiben Wurst - 18€). Die Taxipreise sind absurd hoch (90 Euro für 15 min)
Not much. We had 3 hotels and this was the most expensive but was far inferior. Bathtub like shower was so hard to get into, splash pool never looked inviting. Long walk to get to breakfast.
Staff never engaged, never came to unclog the shower, never sent us restaurant recommendations like they said, never booked any excursions like they said. The price
In a good location to be able to walk to restaurants and there is a fabulous view - they offer a shuttle service within a few kilometres to get to beaches and restaurants
Wouldn’t be suitable for those who are less mobile due to walking and lots of slopes and steps to facilitate the great views. If you want to explore wider you need to have a car as taxis are extremely expensive
The facilities are great. Great details of design and comfort. They upgraded us and we weee very grateful and our room was beautiful.
The hotel caters to strictly foreigners so, despite being in Italy, you could be in another beautiful country. The Italian culture is inexistent. The staff is extremely nice and professional but addresses clients in default English. I’m Italian and I had to daily remind the staff that they could address me in Italian. The food is not Italian, despite being decent, it could be food from anywhere. The only Italian aspect is the location. All other italian factors have been intentionally or unintentionally removed. I do not believe this is a place you go if you appreciate Italian culture.
