Una rilassante e gradevole atmosfera da Boom anni '60
Pros:

La posizione centralissima e la splendida architettura liberty del palazzo sono gli assi nella manica di questo hotel storico dei primi del Novecento, affacciato sul bel lungomare di Pescara. Lo staff è gentilissimo e competente, le stanze sono giuste di dimensione (la vista mare era meravigliosa), la hall gradevole con comodi divani. I prezzi richiesti sono giusti. Si respira ancora una gradevole atmosfera da boom degli anni '60, molto rilassante.

Cons:

Se le stanze e i bagni venissero ristrutturati, diventerebbe una struttura imbattibile.

Ήταν πολύ καθαρά, κλασικό ιταλικό ξενοδοχείο, καλό πρωινό, πολύ καλή τοποθεσία,

Cons:

Είχε λίγο θόρυβο παραπάνω από παρέες από κάτω που φώναζαν αργά την νύχτα, ηχομόνωση τουλάχιστον έως τον δεύτερο όροφο θα ήταν καλό

Very nice with the wonderful staff
Pros:

Location and the staff - especially at the breakfast and the reception.

Cons:

It would be nice to have some renovation of that beautiful place , for instant-the Juliet balcony…and some fresh paint in the room…

Fine for a short stay
Pros:

Helpful staff and a good location

Cons:

Everything pretty run down. Stucco peeling off outside walls, bottom of bedroom doors splintered etc

Pros:

Situation idéale, personnel de réception et petit-déjeuner aux petits soins. Immeuble typique de la Riviera. Bon petit-déjeuner. Vue magnifique depuis la salle du petit-déjeuner et des chambres avec vue mer.

Cons:

Immeuble mal insonorisé mais dû à son âge 🙂Quartier bruyant en week-end.

Flott hotel, vi kommer gjerne tilbake!
Pros:

Sentralt flott hotel rett ovenfor strandpromenaden langs Adriaterhavet. Vi hadde et fint rom med havutsikt og en liten balkong. God frokost og hyggelig betjening.

Cons:

Vi var fornøyd med alt!

We won't stay there again.
Pros:

Love that the hotel is by the beach and centrally located.
The staff at the breakfast was amazing.
The staff at the front desk was horrible - especially the manager.

Cons:

We booked with breakfast included. We showed them that it was included on our reservation AND they would NOT honor it. Essentially we had to pay €30 for two mornings because we went elsewhere one of the days.
They said we had to work with the Booking.com staff and frankly y'all are hard to get ahold of. When thought we were getting a great deal. Parking and breakfast cost us an additional €132. Kind of ridiculous. We will find a more modern place.

Schönes Zimmer, Classic Style, Baden in der Badewanne war möglich, Frühstück ist sehr gut, sehr freundliches Personal beim Frühstück
