Room was not properly closed and ventilation was nothing at hotel's property

The reviews here must be from family members of the owner. Shower is by bucket. Very far from Rishikesh Centre. Pictures here doesn't look the same in person. Bed sheets full of holes. Very noisy. I asked to change the room, because there was no shower, and it was not possible (because the guy in the reception told me that all the showers were by buckets, but they forgot to tell here or to put pictures), and then the guy told me to talk with the owner and gave me the number, the owner was rude and I asked my money back, and she was saying that the accomodation is cheap and that I wouldn't find cheaper than that (yes that was cheaper because I checked), but I wouldn't get my money back cause she didn't want to give it back so I stayed there. No toilet paper.

Terrible experience. We booked two nights but left after the first one. I have no words for the room and bathroom. The bedding smelled like mold and was clearly not washed. The bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for ages and there was no toiletpaper. When we asked for clean bedding we got an even worse sheet. Since we arrived very late in the evening we decided to just stay the first night, and to leave the next morning. The receptionist spoke little English, so we had to talk to the manager over the phone who told us he would not give us the money back for the night we didn’t stay: “you should have left immediately if you didn’t like the room.” No service what so ever. Would never recommend this place to anyone.

Just need to improve little bit and parking issue
