Nog nooit zo niet welkom gevoeld. Incheck vanaf 15 uur, kwamen om 14.30 uur bij de accommodatie aan. Dame achter de receptie tikte op het bordje dat incheck vanaf 15 uur was, mochten ook niet bij het zwembad wachten tot 15 uur. De foto’s zijn veel mooier dan het in werkelijkheid is. De kamer is smoezelig.

Cons:

The shower was awful with too little water to wash your hair and the whole bathroom smelled like urine. Even the toilet didn’t work when we arrived and we had to get it fixed, but it still didn’t work well.

- la non représentation réel des photos
- la propreté : canapé salle et brisés. Les murs sales, odeurs difficilement soutenable. État général délabré.

Geen warm water, geen gas, wc kapot, niet schoon, nergens personeel te vinden, dat overigens wel vriendelijk was, maar ook niets op kon lossen.

Great place to stay when you have alot of family members travelling with you.
Pros:

Rooms were spacious, location was convinient, the building was secure and there was parking infront for all members.

Cons:

There could have been some morning coffee or extra towels. However there is a OXXO nearby.

Not worth it.
Pros:

The location was ok, the best thing about it was the taqueria nearby. It’s about 10 mins from Cenote Azul.

Cons:

The 2 bdrm apt we stayed at had a funky smell. The walls had spiderwebs, the floor in bad shape. Worst of all the couches were stained and I didn’t even dare sit on them. The pictures show modern touches but it’s just for show. One of the toilets was clogged and the faucet was broken. They only have sheets on the beds so if it’s a cold night, it’ll be uncomfortable. They did provide extra sheets upon request but still wasn’t good enough for all the negative stuff. I voiced all my concerns, they said they would try to move us but they didn’t. Bacalar was great but our experience here, no.

Ik zou dit hotel niet meer boeken…
Pros:

Op zich lag het hotel niet ver van het centrum, dus je kon te voet gaan. Maar het lag ook langs een drukke autosnelweg en die kon je heel goed horen. Het zwembad was wel aangenaam en in orde.

Cons:

De kamer rook heel muf en was vochtig. Je kon geen enkel raam openzetten, want er was geen vliegenhor. We sliepen eerst in een kamer waar de douche niet werkte. Na veel moeite van een personeelslid werd het probleem niet opgelost, maar kregen we een nieuwe kamer. De foto’s tonen veel mooier dan het in het echt is.

Cero hecho con amor, todo esta muy deteriorado y hecho a "los golpes". Horrible. Las persianas tienen moho. Las sabanas estan TODAS manchadas.
Demasiado lejos del centro. Caminas hasta el centro en 15min, si, pero entre calles no hay mucha vida, hay infinitos perros que despues me enteré que han mordido a personas (ibamos caminando con mi perrita y por eso salían todos), no hay casi restaurantes. Todos estan en las calles vecinas a la plaza principal.
Tienes que tener carro si te vas a hospedar aqui.
NUNCA habia nadie en recepción. A veces necesitabas una sabana, o almohada o lo que sea, y no había ni una persona por ahi. Sobretodo en las noches.
Pasaron 3 dias y no habian cambiado toallas, ni sabanas. Estuvimos a punto de quedarnos sin papel higienico. Un dia vimos a una que cambiaba las cosas y ella se ofreció a cambiarlo y le rogamos que si y que necesitabamos varias cosas.
La gente en Bacalar no quiere trabajar.
