Living a Tropical life has many benefits, storm and hurricane is not one. weak infrastructure due to devastating storm in the past is still a problem for this island. Power outages are not uncommon after storm or hurricane. We constantly improving our hotel. solar panels and Tesla power wall back up power plan are getting installed soon. but we Can Not guarantee there won't be any interruptions during your stay. If there is power outage before you arrival we will inform you as soon as we can, you can chose to get full refund and find new accommodations or stay, if you stay and experienced power outage more than 12 hours in our hotel, you will get a 25% refund automatically for that day No exceptions!Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Close to the airport easy access to get in after our pre dawn arrival
The location to the airport was very nice, and an Uber ride to Old San Juan was only $15. The place was very spacious with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a functional kitchen. Checkin and checkout was seamless through email.
The traffic noise was loud and the blinds did not block out external lights, especially in the bedroom on the nonstreet side. Ear plugs were provided in each bedroom to help mitigate the street noise.

The location and price were the best part.
The apartment had more amenities than I needed for an overnight stay - I did not need an apartment, actually - but it was really quite basic in terms of furnishings and comfort.
Parking, close to airport and shopping
Kitchen cleaning was fair, I had to clean the coffee pot, and the bathroom had long hair in the cabinet and shower drain.
It was close to airport. Was mostly clean and beds were comfortable.
No hot water. An okay place and maybe needs higher ratings but if we cannot even get a warm shower it maybe needs lower. The couch bed is only good for very short people or kids.

Conveniently located close to the airport for an easy beginning and end to our time in puerto. Comfortable beds with A/C in all the rooms. Fully furnished. Love the waters that are provided! Easy check in and check out and accommodates after hour check ins.
Could do a better job with cleanliness. The floors could use a really good mopping, we had to wear our footwear because our feet and socks were black from the floors. A lot of items appeared to be swept under the couch. Table cloth should be removed as it was very stained.

The location was good, close to the airport. Plenty of parking.
Our first night we experienced a lot of noise but no issues after that. Overall our stay was ok, other than a small roach issue in the apartment.

Good price if you’re prepared to climb 3 flights of stairs with your luggage. The kitchenette , with full sized fridge, was clean & had enough cooking supplies if needed. Right down the street was a bakery/cafe (Vistamar). Further east was a grocery store. Both businesses are in walking distance. This Abnb style hotel is about 10 minutes from SJU airport.
