Pros:

Was a good 1 night stay to get some rest before flight back to New Zealand.

Easy check in. Was there with my daughter and was happy that they made sure daughter was safe. Although can be frustrating as a father. Really happy to know they cared for her safety, just in case.

Pros:

Location was good, Staff were really helpful, upgraded the room for free. I am Vegetarian and on my request the Kitchen tried to make some Vegetarian Breakfast bit not so good. A small mall is walkable distance. Some might have had issues, but I did not

Things to improve
Pros:

The reason for the 4 stars is because the staff pretended they didn't speak English when they had it good enough to communicate later. They tried to charge more for the stay, and when I showed booking, they adjusted to the correct reserved price. The room was not clean, long black hair everywhere (I am blond), and no slippers provided (however, it was provided on the other 2 of my stays). The only pork option was provided for the breakfast, but I only eat chicken. This hotel is only acceptable for the tourists that are in transit, but not for a long stay here.

Pros:

Hello, we lived here 3 nights.
We had chosen it due to location, not far from the airport.
Good and convenient hotel,good price.
There are many shops and markets near here.
The staff is very kind,but not speak English.
But anyway, thank you.
