L'accueil de la 2nde personne

Cons:

C'est un routier. Après avoir attendu 5 bonnes minutes devant la personne de la réception en communication personnelle sans un regard dexcuse, enfin une dame charmante nous a accueilli. Les photos ne correspondent pas du tout à la chambre qui nous a été attribuée.
Chambre faite à la va vite. Un papier traînait par terre. Des raisins avaient été oubliés sur la fenêtre par les occupants précédents et les draps d'un des 2 lits étaient tâchés.

Pros:

La limpieza de la habitacion bien.
El acceso desde la carretera es comodo
El lugar para aparcar aunque es amplio es al aire libre, lo que no invita mucho a dejar cosas dentro del coche

Cons:

La habitacion muy pequeña teniendo que es un hotel de tres estrellas, mas parece un hostal.
El desayuno no esta bien organizado, hay que estar preguntando en la cafeteria que entra o que no.

Recepcionista del turno de noche muy poco profesional y maleducado
Pros:

El desayuno completo y bueno en relación a la calidad precio. La habitación correcta pero el precio lo veo más en 60€ que en 80€ por noche. Parking gratuito, y junto a la autovía que facilita el acceso para una parada en un viaje en carretera.

Mi tia había fallecido en Madrid, tuvimos que salir con urgencia de Barcelona sobre las 0:00 de la noche para llegar al funeral. Antes de la reserva, llamé directamente al hotel para saber si había recepción 24h dado que llegaríamos de madrugada, y me confirmó una señora muy amable que no me preocupara, que había una persona en recepción toda la noche. Pero... la situación fue muy diferente al llegar, lamentablemente.
Llegamos sobre las 4 de la mañana y nos atendió un señor tremendamente borde, haciendo comentarios bastante maleducados, y en especial con un tono tremendamente desagradable. Justo lo último que esperas encontrar a esas horas, y menos en una situación como la pérdida de un familiar que, por supuesto, ese señor no tiene por qué saber.
Si simplemente hubiera sido profesional en su trabajo, no pareciera amargado, molesto porq lo despertamos cuando cubre un turno de noche... pues la estancia en el hotel habría sido más que correcta, pero al final te quedas con eso.

Calidad precio adecuada
Pros:

La amabilidad del personal. Nos dejamos unos artículos personales en la habitación y nos los han mandado a casa contrareembolso. No todos los hoteles lo hacen.

Cons:

La habitación estaba al lado de una zona común , y un grupo de huespedes estuvieron hablando a voces las dos noches que estuvimos. Fueron momentos muy incómodos. Aún llamándoles la atención la primera noche, repitieron la mala educación una segunda noche. Y no pudimos descansar adecuadamente. Una zona así no debería estar tan cerca de las habitaciones. Se podría solucionar con algun cartel de mantener silencio para respetar al resto de huespedes.
