Superb location.
Pros:

Buena Ubicación
Pros:

El alojamiento es céntrico, limpio y el personal es muy amable.

Cons:

El horario del check in es muy pero muy tarde. INICIA a las 3:00pm cuando debería ser normalmente desde las 11:00 am como la mayoría de los hospedajes ( no nos dio tiempo de hacer muy tours en Venezia).

Pros:

The place is so clean and near the bus station with lots of restaurants near by with good prices, the owner was so friendly and helpful and so clean, he helped us alot and he is very kind, i really recommend to stay at his place you will feel safe and with family

No tiene aire acondicionado y tanto en julio como en agosto hace muchísimo calor en Italia. No podíamos dormir!

Pros:

Чудовий персонал. Зручні ліжка. Чисті приміщення. Спочатку сумнівались щодо спільної ванної кімнати, але виявилось що їх дві: одна із ванною, інша із душевою кабинкою. Будівля із високими стелями, тож подорож на другий поверх могла б бути випробовуванням для людей похилого віку, проте ця проблема вирішується наявним ліфтом.

Cons:

В ночі було трохи шумно із відкритими вікнами (поруч розташована трамвайна колія), але хіба це проблема для втомленого мандрівника😀

Good location for Venice but hot in summer
Pros:

This apartment was shared and was in a great location. I had a quadruple room with one double bed, one single bed and a small child’s bunk bed which was perfect for my family.

There were 2 bathrooms between the 4 rooms and one shared kitchen which was well equipped . There was also a washing machine. The common areas were all kept very clean - this probably depends a little on who else is in the apartment at the time.

There was a spar supermarket within a 3 minute walk and the number 7 bus straight into Venice was 1min around the corner which was very convenient. The apartment could be accessed by elevator which was good for suitcases.

The owner was helpful and available on what’s app to help. Overall for the price I think it was great value for money but an AC in the bedrooms for summer would have made a big difference.

Cons:

As other reviews have said, individual rooms did not have AC with there only being one common AC in the hall way. This left the bedroom very hot in the night when the door was closed. I would think this is only a summer problem and not an issue for most of the year.
