The front desk person was exceptionally kind and attentive. The room was clean and comfortable. The location could not be beat as it is within walking distance of most main attractions. I truly wish I would’ve booked more time at Hanifa Guesthouse!

ー機能的な部屋のインテリア(棚の配置なと)
ーカーヴィングウッドを使ったナチュラルな内装
ーグーグルテレビ(ユーチューブなどが楽しめる)
ーレギスタン広場に近く、歩いて数分
縁台が中庭にあり、そこでゆっくり出来る。
ータジキスタンへの日帰りツアーを申し込んだが、当日がトライアスロン大会のため交通規制がはいり、市街を抜けるのが大変だったが彼らの情報網で最速のルートを見つけタイムロスを最小限にしてくれた。
ーLast but not least! 顧客第一のサービス。腹を壊し、病院に行く必要があったがほぼ一日日本語が出来るスタッフが付き合ってくれた。(無料の送迎含め)英語があまり通じない、そしてシステムが違う病院で彼がいなかったら、間違いなく予定通り帰れなかった。
マネージャーに礼を入れたところ当然の事をしたまでとの返事。感謝のひと言に尽きます。

Soggiorno impeccabile alla Guesthouse Hanifa! La camera era pulitissima e dotata di tantissimi comodi punti d’appoggio. Molto piacevoli anche la corte interna e la sala colazione. A questo proposito, ci hanno servito la miglior colazione di tutto il nostro viaggio in Uzbekistan: varia e deliziosa (peccato averne fatta solo una!). Il giorno del check-out, avendo la partenza presto, ci hanno persino preparato un ottimo lunch box. Il personale è di una gentilezza unica, super disponibile e parla diverse lingue, compreso un po' di italiano.
Per raggiungere la struttura si percorre un piccolo vicolo interno (sempre illuminato): l'auto vi lascerà a un minuto a piedi.
La posizione è comoda: il Registan si raggiunge a piedi in una decina di minuti attraverso una zona tranquilla e sicura, che abbiamo percorso senza problemi anche di sera. Assolutamente consigliato!

War eines der besten Guesthouses in unserer Usbekistan Reise. Freundlicher Empfang, sehr sauberes Zimmer und das Frühstück wurde extra auf 07:30 Uhr vorverschoben, da wir früh losfahren mussten. Alles Top!

I'd recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip to Samarkand! The location is excellent. All the main sights are within walking distance, so you can pop back to the hotel for a rest whenever you get tired. Being so close also means you can walk to Registan Square early in the morning and get photos without the crowds. There are plenty of well-known, delicious restaurants nearby too. I especially recommend the breakfast, which offers Western dishes, fresh local fruit, and traditional Uzbek pastries. Many thanks to the front desk staff, who went out of their way to get banknotes in my home currency to give me change, and who fixed the broken bathroom light within 30 minutes! The hotel is beautifully decorated and the rooms are comfortable. Thank you for making my stay in Samarkand such a wonderful experience!

Everything was great but the standout was definitely the staff. Super friendly and helpful. Great breakfast. The suggested side trip to the 7 Lakes was outstanding. Highly recommend.

Ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, alles heel schoon en de kamer van alle gemakken voorzien. Bed lag heerlijk! :) Een erg fijne plek om te verblijven op een toplocatie.

We had an amazing time in Samarkand. The accommodation was in a fantastic location, on a quiet street just a few minutes’ walk from all the wonderful sights and attractions in the city.

A special thank you to Asad! He was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay as easy and enjoyable as possible. Nothing was too much trouble, from arranging a taxi to booking train tickets.

Il personale molto gentile e disponibile. Il primo giorno non ho potuto mangiare praticamente nulla della colazione offerta dalla struttura. Se ne sono accorti e spontaneamente mi hanno chiesto come potevano migliorare l'offerta. Inoltre mi hanno sempre fornito la colazione da asporto quando dovevo fare delle escursioni il mattino molto presto

This hotel is a mere 10 minutes walk north of Registan Square. This is a perfect location not only for a visit to Registan, but also to the Bibi Mosque and the Shah-i-Zinda necropolis. If you are not familiar with Samarkand, each one of these 3 attractions is world class. Therefore, the Hanifa is arguably at the best possible location in the city. The hotel is clean and well kept. We slept well. The breakfast was special and a lot more elaborated than at your average hotel in a trip to Central Asia. We had a plate of fruit, a plate of vegetables and another of pastries, plus eggs, etc. Coffee is from the machine. The staff at the reception is GREAT.

Excellent stay. No issues. Very comfortable and modern style amenities. Highly recommend!!
