Pros:

That was the most beautiful experience with the hotel. Staff, food, hotel, cleaning, atmosphere everything was just perfect. This is the best hotel in the region for sure

Pros:

Расположение очень хорошее 2 мин и вы на набережной где кипит жизнь . В самом отеле все очень тихо и уютно . Персонал замечательный .

Lovely, friendly staff who can’t do anymore for you! Hotel is spotless, safe, perfect location. Comfortable room with cute little balcony. The pool area is lovely with stunning views, a small warm pool and a steam room and sauna. Food is lovely, drinks also lovely! Would stay again in a heart beat!

Excellent hotel. Wish every accommodation was as good as Minerva.
Pros:

The warm welcome; constant support from staff and interaction. Fredrica and Andrea exceptional.
Homely feel around hotel but professional style.
Quality linens and comfortable bed.
View over town to the sea.

Cons:

Bathroom squeezy but manageable.

Pros:

Everything! Excellent location, Amazingggg staff, I can’t express how helpful they are and making sure the guests are happy and feeling comfortable. This place is truly a hidden gym, the vibes, the atmosphere is beyond your expectations. I booked it when I read the reviews and I would come again and again. It really felt like home, breakfast was so good as well.

Pros:

Staff was totally exceptional in availability and helping out where to go for restaurants, sights, how-with trains, bus to portofino, breakfast was very good-decent value-15 euros, extra if you want cooked eggs/omelette. Room was pleasant, bed comfortable.

Pros:

Sehr nettes Personal. Es war alles sauber.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war sehr klein, alles sehr eng und die Möbel hatten bereits die besten Zeiten hinter sich.
