Pros:

Breakfast was phenomenal for what it was. A very good value for the location, and the staff were a pleasure to work with. Even with train strikes, they made sure to get us in good hands and safely to our stay from several hours away.

Cons:

It was slightly unclear what the amenities procedures were, particularly around the rooftop and rooftop hot tub.

Pros:

Luigi, one of the property managers, was so incredibly helpful and kind. Came to get us from the train stations at midnight when there were no taxis. Angel sent from above!

We were absolutely blown away by this little hotel - surpassed every expectation and requirement.

Pros:

Federica, Jade and the team were super helpful - friendly, knowledgeable and very welcoming. Santa Margerita is located in a fantastic area with access to Pariggi / Portfino and not too far from Cinque Terre !

Sehr nettes Personal und total hilfsbereit.
Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und nahe zur Stadt.
Super nahe zum herrlichen Portofino !
Zimmer war sehr sauber, gut renoviert und technisch isch in einwandfreien Zustand

Cons:

Das Zimmer ist sehr nüchtern eingerichtet, ohne jedes Ambiente.

Pros:

Petit déjeuner au top, frais et varié, large chois de fruits fraichement coupés et confiture et miel de qualité.
Personnel très attentionné et aux petits soins .
On peut se garer gratuitement facilement aux alentours (en septembre)

Cons:

Le prix est très élevé par rapport à la vétusté de l'établissement, c'est propre mais ça demande quelques rénovations notamment pour les salles de bain

Excelente hotel, familiar e super confortável
Pros:

Hotel familiar delicioso, cama muito confortável, lençóis de qualidade, frigobar super potente, água e café Nespresso de cortesia todos os dias, serviço impecável e acolhedor. Federica e o irmão são muito simpáticos e atenciosos, dando todas as dicas do local.
Café da manhã excelente, num jardim lindo, vale a pena! Destaque para o rooftop incrível! Recomendo!

A very nice stay in a beautiful place
Pros:

Going to sauna and hot tub after a day of hike was amazing. Spa is small, basically, private, but super clean and new. I was surprised by the freshness of it. You can go there for free, but need to reserve. However, it was quite flexible. The spa was the decisive factor between this hotel and the other with more central location. At the end of the stay I think this was an amazing choice, and I liked the location even better then the other hotel I had in mind. I got very useful tips from receptionist regarding the attractions and food, and they were always so friendly and helpful. Basically, I've built my vacation around their advice.

Cons:

The room was somewhat irrational. I didn't like the position of the bed, and the color of the walls. I expected this from the pictures though. But it was quite functional, sockets are everywhere, so you can charge all your devices. I know there are better rooms with sea view and balcony. Next time will stay there :)

Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt – sehr empfehlenswert!
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und die Lage ist top. Besonders toll: Auf dem Dach gibt es einen Jacuzzi mit wunderschöner Aussicht. Zudem kann man Scooter mieten und ist schnell in Portofino.

Cons:

Es gab nichts, was uns nicht gefallen hat.
