Très bon emplacement de l'hotel au coeur de Venise et à proximité de la place san marco et Rialto.
Le personnel est gentil et de bons conseils.

Cons:

La chambre est un peu petite pour le prix, cependant elle est bien équipée.
Le petit déjeuner est très moyen; Il y a bien des oeufs brouillés mais si vous voulez oeuf au plat ou omelette il y a un extra charge; Le pain est très médiocre et il n'y a pas de pain sans gluten, ni complet. Il y a surtout de la charcuterie donc peu de chose adapté pour les végétarien. Pour un petit déjeuner à la Française, c'est très décevant.

Location near San Marco square but also quiet was perfect. Lovely amenities and provisions in the room. Terrace provided a nice outdoor space

Nem erre számítottam sajnos.
Pros:

A Szent Márk tértől való távolság. Hogy az ablak a kanálisra nézett.

Cons:

Volt több dolog, ami váratlanul ért. Nem arra számítottam. A kiülős terasz miatt választottam a szállást és a kanélisra nyíló erkély miatt, reggelivel, előre kifizetve. A kiülős terasz, az a kanális szemközti oldala és nem oda tartozik, tehát ez sajnos nem jött össze, ahogy másik kép alapján az erkély se (ablak volt helyette). A kicsekkolás kicsit kellemetlen volt, mert előre beterhelt kártya volt és le is volt a bankban mínuszolva, de amikor menni akartunk el, mondták, hogy még nincs fizetve... Ott mérges lettem, mert tudtam, hogy be lett terhelve a kártyám. Külföldiként, nem törvényszerű, hogy beszéljek olaszul, se angolul. Szóval ott volt egy kis félre értés, mire kiderült, hogy be lett terhelve, de nekik még jóvá kellett utólag hgyniuk azt, amit korábban már levontak. Így nem lett 2x kifizetve, de kellemetlen volt. SOHA így még nem volt ebből gond, pedig sokat utazunk. Utolsó, ami VISSZATÉRŐ BOOKING PROBLÉMA, szóval tesség nyugodtan tovább fejleszteni: a szűrők használata. HA a szálláskeresés elején már EGYÉRTELMŰEN rászűrök, hogy Velence, szálloda, 4 csillag, 5 csillag, dátum, reggelelivel, központi elhelyezkedés, akkor az ajánlott HOTEL-en belüli szoba ajánlásoknál, ne húzzon be olyat, hogy reggeli nélkül, mert így fizettem egy irráálisan magas árú (egy inponzáns Portofínói és Firenzei szállás után) szállást Velencében, ami szállásként nem adott nekem többet, CSERÉBE még utolsó bakiként kiderült, hogy reggeli sincs az árban, szóval szaladhattam a 3 éves kisfiammal reggel, hogy találjunk valami reggelizőt valahol, amik 99%-a 9kor nyitott. MÉRGES voltam nagyon! NE AJÁNLJON BE OLYAN SZÁLLÁST, AHOL MÁR EGYÉRTELMŰEN KINYILATKOZTATTAM, HOGY REGGELIVEL. (ha tudom, hogy nincsen benne reggeli, egész biztosan nem itt foglalok.

This is a wonderful place to stay in Venice if you can ask for a quiet room.
Pros:

Charming old property that has been nicely updated. Staff were friendly and helpful. Food was good. The location was as good as it gets.

Cons:

Room was noisy at night. Party boats playing very loud music went by several times a night through the canal below our window. We have stayed at this property in past years and not experienced the party boats.

Great experience & centrally located
Pros:

Great hotel with nice decorated rooms, kind staff, great breakfast, in a very central location. Besides the previous compliments an additional benefit is the (small) hotel terrace directly at one of the canals + a direct boot entrance. This means you can book a water-taxi from the airport directly towards the hotel. Super nice experience

Cons:

The room next door / above(?) was a bit noisy. Nothing really the hotel could do about it.
