Cons:

首先，住宿的环境跟图片上展示的完全不符合
其次，要求客服换一下该住宿的位置（因为当时那一间真的很阴暗），但是客服态度不佳极其恶劣
第三，平台要求给rm3的tourism fee,但是酒店客服还要求再付多一次，虽然金额不多，但是之后看回去评论区，也有人遇到过这个事情，感觉有点像小型诈骗
第四， 因为与客服沟通无果后，我们选择不住该酒店，因为环境也很肮脏和糟糕
最后，refund该酒店得不到任何的解决方式

这间旅店挂羊头卖狗肉 给的房间跟预定的完全不相同 还不用紧！进到去哪间房间很破旧了的而且很肮脏到处都是蜘蛛网地上还有头发！很多设备也老旧了 床也发黄了也没换！直接一进到去不到5分钟就顶不顺了直接退房当作给他了！就这样没下次了!

Staff was helpful and friendly. they can do so much so due to limitation of the property.

Cons:

So many things. In the year of 2026, i cant imagine Booking.com is recommending this kind of property. Overall room condition was poor. No lift and need to use staircase to level 4.
