A well priced, comfortable hotel in a good part of town
Pros:

Staff excellent (we had problems identifying location for night bus pick up and they couldn’t have been more supportive), room spacious and good shower, location good for restaurants and getting about

Cons:

Breakfast was poor. It is almost I entirely regional SE Asian occupied and we’re very happy with non Western breakfast but options limited to noodle soup with small section of other stuff. Sunday had more options but Monday reduced to very little. Ladies lovely.

Y ALLER EN TOUTE CONFIANCE
Pros:

Hôtel très bien tenu, personnel très professionnel, la réceptionniste parle anglais
Nous avons été surclassés : grande chambre avec immense baie vitrée avec vue sur les collines.

Nhân viên nhiệt tình, có hỗ trợ mình checkin sớm. Giường êm, tiện nghi đầy đủ. Khách sạn còn nằm ngay ở trung tâm, đi lại dễ dàng

Chỗ nghỉ gần trung tâm thành phố, thuận tiện đi lại, tiện nghi sạch sẽ

Cons:

Mình ở kế bên phòng gia đình quá ồn, có nhờ lễ tân nhắc nhở giúp nhưng k hiệu quả lắm. Cần cải thiện cách âm tốt hơn. Này cũng do lỗi khách quan từ đoàn khách nhưng mình hơi khó chịu vì nghỉ ngơi k được trọn vẹn!

La chambre et sa grande baie vitrée. l'amabilité du personnel malgré la difficulté de communiquer en anglais.

Cons:

Le fait que les personnels d'accueil (sauf1) ne soit pas en mesure de s'exprimer un minimum en anglais.
La difficulté pour louer une moto en bon état.

Excellent séjour à Pleiku et au Luckystar hotel
Pros:

Le service. On m'a demandé mes préférences pour le petit déjeuner et dès le lendemain j'avais un croissant et un jus d'orange. Une personne du staff m'a emmené en scooter au marché pour un achat bien précis avec gentillesse et efficacité. Bref le personnel se plie en 4 pour rendre service..Un grand merci a tous 😊.

Cons:

A part l'eau de la piscine un peu fraîche j'ai tout apprécié.
