Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute 🇵🇹💚
Pros:

Le personnel d’une gentillesse et disponibilité incroyable. La beauté de l’établissement, la piscine chauffée à l’eau salée très agréable. Un confort optimal. De la direction au personnel toutes les personnes étaient souriantes et chaleureuses.

Everything! The staff was extremely attentive, without being intrusive. They were friendly, kind, helpful and knowledgeable. The hotel was impeccably restored and beautifully appointed. The outdoor grounds and pool were gorgeous with extreme amount of privacy. The breakfast was outstanding!! I can’t say enough about this property and its staff. A real intimate boutique hotel.

Lovely hotel, excellent cuisine, great for business travellers.
Pros:

Breakfast was superb. The dinner at the hotel was also excellent. The feeling of space around the property is a bonus in a city like Porto.

Cons:

The cupboard space in the room is very limited. A lot of space has been created in the bedroom for art works on a beautiful shelf, but it is not practical. The renovation has been done in a very modern style. It feels very different from the old part of the Palacete. We underestimated how far the hotel was from the old part of Porto.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel—truly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had while traveling. From the moment I arrived, I felt a sense of safety, comfort, and genuine care that made my stay unforgettable.
The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with a charming and lush garden that creates a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. One of the highlights was the pool with warm water, perfect for unwinding at any time of day.
What really made this place special, though, was the staff. They were exceptionally kind, attentive, and professional, always going above and beyond to ensure that I felt comfortable and well taken care of. Their hospitality made my stay completely stress-free and enjoyable.
Overall, this hotel provided me with a truly comfortable and carefree experience. Without a doubt, it is the best hotel I have ever stayed in, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and welcoming place to stay.

Boutique hotel lindíssimo, com um restaurante com estrela Michelin e atendimento de excelência
Pros:

Boutique hotel localizado numa zona central, muito elegante. Quartos confortáveis e bonitos. Produtos de qualidade. Pequeno almoço à carta maravilhoso. Restaurante Eon é excelente. Spa muito bom. Os funcionários são extremamente simpáticos e profissionais.

Cons:

A zona exterior poderia estar melhor aproveitada com mais uma ou dois zonas de estar.

Pros:

The hotel is in a beautiful, old building with history and character. We had a spacious room that overlooked the gardens. Everything was high quality. We especially enjoyed our breakfasts.
The staff are very friendly and helpful.
We also enjoyed our spa treatment, which overall contributed to us enjoying a relaxing stay at Palacete Severo.

Cons:

Sadly the swimming pool was closed for repair. The staff did make us aware of this before our stay.
