Firstly, was the owner. Sig. Enrico Prezziotti. He went above and beyond to help us on really kind, human level.
He did things not just out of business but because he's a good man.
The hotel itself is beautiful. The entrance and reception have the scent of jasmine outside and it's lovely furniture makes you feel you are transported to a better, more civilised time.
The room, beautifully furnished has a lovely view outside.
The quality is of breakfast is wonderful.
I didn't want to leave.
