Pros:

To raczej niewielki pensionat utrzymany w przyjemnym, angielskim stylu. Wnętrza są estetyczne i zadbane, a całość sprawia bardzo dobre wrażenie i pozwala poczuć się swobodnie.
Na miejscu serdecznie przywitał nas Mike, który był bardzo miły i pomocny. Dzięki niemu od początku czuliśmy się komfortowo i mogliśmy liczyć na wsparcie w razie potrzeby.

Cons:

Przydałoby się nieco więcej dbałości o czystość. Szczególnie w korytarzu i na schodach widoczny był kurz, co nieco odbierało urok temu skądinąd bardzo przyjemnemu miejscu. Szkoda, bo obiekt ma duży potencjał i przy odrobinie większej troski o porządek prezentowałby się naprawdę świetnie.

Good location and usable room, but overall overcrowded, disorganised and clearly not clean enough.
Pros:

The location of the house is generally pleasant, and my room was, compared to the rest of the house, the only somewhat usable place to retreat to. The host appeared to be making an effort to provide a fresh bedsheet or pillowcase at short notice, as well as the most important information.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the overall stay was very unpleasant. I have never experienced anything like this before and have never had to write a review of this kind. The entire house felt extremely overcrowded, disorganised and heavily soiled in many areas. It felt less like staying in a regular accommodation and more like being in a private household that is currently not in a condition suitable for hosting guests.

In the shared areas, nearly every corner was dirty. The shared bathroom, toilet and kitchen were particularly problematic. In the bathroom there were stains, hair and visible dirt; the toilet did not appear to be flushed reliably. The fridges were so dirty that I would have had concerns about storing even packaged food in them.

I would like to emphasise that I do not wish to judge any personal circumstances. The accommodation may once have had potential and the location is pleasant. However, in its current state, this offering simply does not work as guest accommodation. In my view, the entire house urgently needs to be thoroughly decluttered, cleaned and reorganised before guests are accommodated there again.

Pros:

Väga lahke ja toreda peremehega kodune majutus. Vastuvõtt väga soe ja eriti meeldis puhtus kõikides ruumides.

Cons:

Tuba oli tänu Londonis olnud kuumalainele palav aga toas oli võimalik kasutada ventialaatorit, seega sai ilusti hakkama :)

Pros:

我第一次住民宿，跟住在自己家里一样。房东和他儿子都很友好，帮我帮运行李箱上下楼。
周边超市很多，走路10多分钟很多公交站，也有去市区的火车，出行方便。
属于物美价廉很有性价比的住宿。

Family run, clean place and good value.
Pros:

Run by a friendly family. Well set up place. It strikes me more as a guest house than a hotel although it must qualify as a hotel. Whatever the rules are about that.

Cons:

It’s in the suburbs in terms of the amount of restaurants, cafes, etc in the immediate surroundings. You have to go down to Streathan hill for that, about a 10 minute walk. No great burden.

Quartier agréable. Personnel accueillant et aimable.
Pros:

Arrêt d'autobus à quelques mètres de l'hôtel.

Quartier résidentiel calme.

Le petit déjeuner n'était pas inclus mais des frigos et autres commodités de cuisine étaient disponibles pour usage personnel.

Great value for money
Pros:

We were staying for a festival in Brockwell Park and the location was great. All the staff were lovely and allowed us to drop our bags earlier than check in, and the beds were comfortable. Great value for money and we had a room on the top floor so had great facilities with the kitchen area and the bathroom.

Cons:

The rooms were basic and clean enough, but more general cleaning of the bathrooms would be good.
