Pros:

from the first moment we arrived, we were welcomed with a spontanious smile and the feeling we are not visitors but close friends. This smile met us every day everywhere. The appartment with seaview was amazing, the service was extraordinary, the hotel employees from all over the world made our holidays the best we ever had, from the reception, over the room service, the pool bar, the restaurant, The hotel is perfectly located outside any noice and in 2 min walk to wide and not crowded sandy, blue flag beach Pantachou (clear blue water, lightened at night), The hotel was renovated 2 years ago, everything is new, clean, in a top condition. But more than the building and maintanance of the hotel are the amazing people working there and making the Cyprotel Florida a place for many happy returnings and memories. Thanks for everything, especially thanks to our Nani (Nenad), Marius, Skevi, Georgia, Maria and the smiling manager from Netherlands and all the staff from the restaurant, pool and everyone we met.

THANKS FOR HAVING an unforgettable time at Cyprus with you all! We look forward to coming back as soon as possible

Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.
Pros:

Great staff, very clean, and everything was perfect. I especially loved the beautiful sea view from my room.

Cons:

I would have appreciated having some space next to the sink for toiletries. I would also have enjoyed a more open breakfast area and an outdoor space that felt more separated from the street.

Have 2 room keys to 4 adults, I’m not sure why they are limited with a cheap plastic cards. Something to check!

Molto piacevole a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro
Pros:

Camere molto ampie, spaziose e confortevoli, dotate anche di cucina e frigorifero. Il personale è sempre stato gentile, disponibile ed efficiente.

Molto piacevole il ristorante serale a bordo piscina, mentre la colazione, servita al piano superiore con una splendida vista mare, è davvero abbondante, varia e adatta a tutti i gusti.

Durante il soggiorno abbiamo avuto un problema con un’infiltrazione in camera, ma lo staff è intervenuto immediatamente, sostituendoci la sistemazione con una Suite. Un’attenzione e una disponibilità che abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo.

Servizio davvero eccezionale e grande cura nei confronti degli ospiti. Assolutamente consigliato!

Pros:

The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Roy, the manager, was particularly kind and helpful, and always did his best to assist us with any requests we had.

The room was beautiful and clean, and the pool area was also very nice. Overall, we really enjoyed this aspect of our stay and felt very well looked after.

Cons:

The parking can get quite crowded, especially during the summer season, so it can sometimes be difficult to find a proper parking space. However, the staff explained that it is also possible to park along the sides, so we always managed to find somewhere to park. It was not a major issue, but the parking area can definitely get quite busy.

Everything was just perfect but was makes your stay special is the Manager. I wish him all the best because Even though I travel a lot I only few times I have seen a manager taking care of his guests as the manager from Netherland does. Thank you mister.
