Simple, budget-friendly place in a fantastic location. Ideal for a big group.
Pros:

Great location! Everything we needed in Kutaisi was close by. The hotel is very simple, but it’s extremely good value for money. For our group of seven it worked perfectly because we could book two rooms and one of them had five proper beds. Breakfast was basic, but that matched the low price and our expectations.

Cons:

My only real concern was safety: the floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows opened easily and didn’t seem to have child locks. With kids in the room, that felt risky.

Pros:

Расположение - три минуты ходьбы от колхидского фонтана. Администратор очень отзывчивый.
Балкон-терраса с видом на город - просто огонь.
Размер номера нормальный, не крошечный. Кровать удобная. Постельное белье хорошее. Кондиционер работает.

Cons:

Номера уже несколько подуставшие, но поэтому и цена проживания невысокая. Но все чисто.
Завтрак очень скромный. Но повторюсь, что и цена небольшая у гостиницы. Поэтому общее соотношение цены и качества - честное.

Reggeli nagyon egyszerű, néhány választék büfé rendszerben.

Cons:

2 éve voltunk itt, azóta nagyon lepukkadt, recseg-ropog a lift, koszos a szőnyegpadló, penészes a fürdőszoba, nem folyik le a víz a kèzmosónál, éjjeli lámpákkal nincs égő.

About the property nothing
The only positive thing is that location was good

Cons:

First of all, I would like to highlight that the owner is very arrogant and wants nothing but the money as quickly as he can. We didn’t even get into the room they wanted us to pay immediately. When we chatted he was very rude and offensive… The room in the hotel was dirty. A lot of things were broken in the room. Even one curtain was missing so we couldn’t make dark in the room. Air condition was broken and very dirty. I don’t know when did they clean it latest, if they did it at all. Even the door is missing from the shower box. … The beds are uncomfortable. They are good for one night, but not convenient for longer stay. We stayed there three nights, but nobody came to change the towels or clean the room and collect the waste. They told us it’s not possible to pay by card only by cash, because owner want to keep every penny and doesn’t want to pay commission for the bank… Absolutely not recommended hotel!
