Pros:

The rooms are big and really comfortable.
The staff is welcoming and looks after you, always with a smile.

Cons:

The common areas are not being taken care of. The grass is wild, and the common building is in a really bad shape, it's a pity because it has so much potential.

Beautiful garden and friendly staff
Pros:

I was treated as a princess by the staff! Very friendly could choose to upgrade to a better room if i wanted for a good price. Beautiful graden and right at the beach.

Cons:

It wasn’t the most luxurious room but like I mentioned I could upgrade but myself i prefer basic room for cheaper price. The building is very old but that is why it’s cheaper than other places

I was not welcome here and really scared
Pros:

The surrounding is beautiful, next to the beach. So that was the reason I took this hotel.

Cons:

I came at the place and it was very weird. Nobody ask me something. 2 crewmembers smoked so it smells real bad. I then asked I booked a room. One men say ok. Thats it. 5 minutes later they ask my name, walk into a little office, talked to someone in that office and asked again my name. I heard a voice say is ok. Later I heard that the voice was the owner. No welcome of him, no thank you for coming to my place, no good vibes.

I asked where is my room, the crewmember pointed to a room and say there! That was it!

I walked at the property and there came a big dog to me, against my legs. I asked the men can you please hold your dog? He says if you have a problem just say get the Fuck back. The dog only looking for love? I really dont want to think what happened if I have little kids with me!

It really felt like there are a lot of bad feelings in that place. And yes it started around 7 at night.
2 rooms away from me there started almost a fight. I cant see who but there was one guy who shouted very loud he owns the property and shouted more then 70 times Fuck off, get the Fuck out of here, and more sentences with the F word. There was also a girl involved. I will call the Police, out of my property!

As you can imagine I didnt felt save there! Is this the owner who doesnt want to give me a welcome? Wauw unbelievable.

I locked my Doors and treid to sleep but I was really scared.

The next day I asked the crewmember what happened and he says I really was scared.

I took a Coffee and a omelet and ofcourse without any thank you for staying or goodbye I drove away from this scary unfriendly place.

Great experience
Pros:

Best value for your money for location. Basic room with all basic needs covered. Bathroom, fridge, air con, queen bed with extra matress. Bamboo furniture in the room and patio. Large family size room. Very comfortable. Right on the beach.

Cons:

The common area is not maintained. The weather has taken a toll on this building, this does not affect the stay on the rooms.

Superb
Pros:

Great, sociable atmosphere, great communal space looking out onto the garden and sea, a clean, quiet beach for sunsets. Very helpful, friendly staff. I ended up extending my stay

Cons:

It is generally a bit run down and in need of fresh paint and maintenance. The shared bathroom/toilet facilities especially could be cleaner
