Pros:

Personnel très accueillant, chaleureux et à l’écoute merci à Nourdine et Tarek 😍. L’emplacement est excellent, idéal pour profiter pleinement du séjour. Je recommande cet hôtel pour la qualité de son accueil et sa situation.

Pros:

Nous avons séjourné une nuit dans cet hôtel. Un grand merci à Nourdine, qui a été d’une grande gentillesse. Il nous a guidés avant notre arrivée et s’est occupé de tout pour qu’une moto-taxi vienne nous récupérer au parking, la route d’accès étant actuellement fermée à la suite des importantes pluies qui ont causé des dégâts.

Le personnel est accueillant, souriant et toujours disponible pour répondre aux besoins des clients.
Un grand merci à Nourdine.

Cons:

Petit point à signaler pour les personnes sensibles à ce sujet : les matelas sont très fermes. Certains apprécieront, mais ce n’était pas à notre goût.

Geweldig verblijf! We werden heel warm ontvangen en het inchecken verliep snel en soepel. Een speciaal compliment voor Nouredine van de receptie. Omdat we met kinderen reisden en twee kamers hadden geboekt, heeft hij uit eigen initiatief geregeld dat we twee kamers naast elkaar kregen. Dat waren zelfs betere kamers dan we oorspronkelijk hadden geboekt. Zijn vriendelijkheid en uitstekende service maakten echt het verschil.

Het ontbijt was eenvoudig, maar alles was vers, lekker en goed verzorgd.

Wij hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad en komen graag nog eens terug. Zeker een aanrader!

シャウエンの街を見渡せる高台のお宿です。
スタッフのみなさんが温かく迎えてくださいました。
お部屋も綺麗で、朝食もヨーグルトや卵があって良かったです。
旧市街までも徒歩すぐで街をたくさん楽しむことができました。
毎日に問題ないか、ハッピーか聞いてくれてとてもチャーミングなお宿です！
シャワールームは少し狭いですが、基本的にはとても快適なステイをすることができました。

部屋へは階段のみ。
私たちが到着した時には宿の前の道が塞がれており、タクシーで近くまで行くことができなかった。
タクシーを降りて坂道または階段で徒歩10分程度かかる。

Ontspannen verblijf
Pros:

Wij hebben een leuke tijd gehad. Ze zijn daar zeer gastvrij en vrijgevend. Je komt daar niks te kort. Personeel is daar zeer behulpzaam en meedenkend. Ik kom de volgende keer daar graag weer.

Nourrdine and all the staff were so helpful and willing to assist with any enquiry, and have always looked after me.

The hotel is perfectly positioned to have great views of Chefchaouen, especially from the roof terrace, that means it's a 5-10 minute walk to the centre but well worth it for the easy access and parking for motorcycles.

The breakfast is always great too, this was my third stay at the hotel, if I'm returning to Chefchaouen I'll be coming here again!

Cons:

The road approaching the hotel has partially washed away due to rains over the winter, this means it isn't accessible by car at the moment, but motorbikes can get through.

very friendly and helpful staff, we had trouble finding the way with car and the manager immediately guided us via facetime and send a moto driver to pick us up. room was clean and nice, breakfast was fantastic. thank you for a wonderful stay.
