The rooms were decent but that did not compare to everything that was awful about the hotel.

Cons:

This is probably the biggest scam hotel I have ever stayed at. As someone who travels multiple times a year and has stayed at hundreds of hotels this is the only one that I would rather sleep outside than sleep in. The service was terrible, the food was the worst I have ever had. They also said the three course meal was 39 euro per person and then when you get the bill they charged us 62 euro. If you enjoy wasting money this is the perfect hotel for you to stay at. Booked an hour massage, they started 15 minutes late and did not do the full hour yet charged me for the full hour. They accused me of then trying to scam them when I said it was only 39 euro for dinner. I then looked to my left from the desk and saw the sign that advertised it as 39 euro and they still refused to change the price. The steak they served for 62 euro (which was an extra 6 euro just to order that) was not cooked properly and was clearly an old cut of meat. Schnitzel tasted more like a rubber frisbee. The bread served was hard as a rock. When we mentioned the issues with the food they just said “okay” and took it away, no apology, no discount, nothing. If you do stay here go to the restaurant across the street for better food at a quarter of the price. To be fair, the rooms themselves were nice, but the pool they offer is not very big. You will be lucky to get a spot in the pool if 3 other guests decide to use it at the same time. If you enjoy being scammed while on vacation this is the perfect hotel. I am honestly surprised I didn’t receive a bill for the few times I used the elevator. My group booked 4 rooms, 1 apartment, and 1 house. They also lied about how many people were on our reservation and then charged 40 euro more a night for the house. Absolute rip off.

Gerne jederzeit wieder
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend. Die Anlage ist sehr gut gepflegt und man hat immer einen Rückzugsort, da die Anlage relativ weitläufig ist. Die Lage fand ich auch sehr ansprechend und zentral..
Auch das Frühstücksbuffet ließ keine Wünsche offen, ebenfalls waren die angebotenen Speisen im Restaurant sehr lecker, reichhaltig und es war für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei.

Idéal pour découvrir la boucle de la Sarre.
Pros:

Emplacement idéalement situé près de la boucle de la Sarre. Petit déjeuner excellent et très copieux, il y en a pour tous les goûts. Grande piscine avec accès au jardin.
Personnel à l’écoute et avec un grand sens du client.

Cons:

Les chambres ne sont pas climatisées mais ce n’est pas un problème. Elles sont orientées pour ne pas prendre le soleil en permanence.

Ruhig gelegene Hotel mit guten Ausflugsmölichleite
Pros:

Freundliches Personal an der Rezeption, Ruhige Lage und ein guten Frühstücksbuffet. Eigener Parkplatz vor der Haustür. Direkt vom Hotel aus, sind Wanderungen, wie z.B zur Saarschleife möglich.

Cons:

Bei großer Hitze vor allem in den Zimmern, wird nur ein kleiner Tisch-Ventilator zu Verfügung gestellt. Wenn man am späten Abend anreist, bekommt man im Hotel kein Abendessen mehr. Gut, das es den Italiener gegenüber gibt.

Tolles Hotel mit freundlichen Service und guter Lage
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotel, weil nur paar Minuten von der Saarschleife und Baumwipfelpfad entfernt. Kostenlose Parkplätze am Hotel, Sehr gutes Frühstückbüffet, freundlicher Service, Tolles & modernes Zimmer, schöner & sauberer Schwimmbad und Saunabereich, schönes Hotelambiente. Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm und würde es sofort wieder buchen!

Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Gutes abwechslungsreiches Frühstück leckeres drei Gänge Menu am Abend mit hervorragendem Biowein. Der Spabereich war angenehm und entspannend.

Sehr erholsamer und angenehmer Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Die Lage war hervorragend. Wenige Minuten bis zum Aussichtspunkt an der Saarschleife.
Frühstück war hervorragend. Man wurde zum Platz begleitet und man hat auch direkt die Bestellung aufgenommen
Der Wellnessbereich war sehr angenehm.

Cons:

Die Zimmer könnten etwas grösser und vor allen Dingen klimatisiert sein.
