We were not satisfied with our stay. Several important aspects of the hotel were either unclear from the description or did not meet reasonable expectations.

* No reception in the building: The reception is located in a different building. After check-in, the key we were given did not work, so we had to return to the other building to get another key.
* Pool: The description mentions a swimming pool, which was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel. However, it is a small pool located at another hotel, in its courtyard. You cannot access it directly from the building where you stay. The pool is open from 10:00 to 20:00, which was not convenient for our schedule, especially as we checked out at 10:00.
* Sauna: The sauna was closed during our stay, despite being listed as a facility of the hotel.
* Kitchen equipment: This is an aparthotel, but the kitchen was poorly equipped. For two guests, there were three forks and one knife, with no complete set of basic cutlery for two people. There were also no proper glasses.
* Basic kitchen supplies: There was no tea, coffee, salt, pepper, oil, or any other basic supplies that are commonly provided in apartments with a kitchen.
* Parking: Parking is listed as available, but the parking area directly below our building was completely full when we arrived. No parking space was reserved for our stay, so we had to park elsewhere. The alternative parking area appeared to be an open area. Due to the hilly terrain, getting from the alternative parking area to the hotel with a large suitcase was also inconvenient. There is therefore no guarantee that guests will have a parking space directly at the hotel.

The only significant positive aspect was the beautiful view from the property.

Overall, we would not recommend this property, particularly if access to a pool and sauna and having a properly equipped apartment are important factors in your choice.

Purtoppo la stanza non era pulita, ci siamo grattati tutta notte

Das Hotel ist nicht beschildert und vom Internet musste ich mich nicht ablenken lassen, weil der Empfang kaum zum Aufbau einer Seite ausreichend war.

Mi è piaciuto tutto a tal punto che conto di ritornarci quanto prima. Ho molto apprezzato che, pur essendo un appartamento, tutti i giorni passava il personale delle pulizie. Molto bene.

Check-in infinito (30 minuti di attesa) con il personale che si è allontanato per parlare al telefono. Alla fine ci hanno spostato in un'altra struttura dandoci una stanza diversa da quella prenotata e pagata su Booking (probabilmente riassegnata ad altri per il pienone).

​Condizioni igieniche inaccettabili: asciugamani sporchi, copriletto macchiato e strappato, sanitari non puliti (con peli). Per impegni e ora tarda non abbiamo potuto contestare sul momento, ma non ci rivedranno mai più. Sconsigliato.

Esterno della struttura da sistemare un po

La sala colazioni distaccata, la qualità della colazione, e il fatto che la zona relax e i massaggi non erano sfruttabili perché la sala (a detta della recepionist) era in manutenzione, peccato che non sia stato segnalato in fase di prenotazione!
