Good location, below standard facilities.
Pros:

The location was good.

Cons:

The reception staff were not friendly at all which didn’t make us feel welcome.
The lift didn’t work at all so it was hard getting up all of the stairs.

Good value, for short stay
Pros:

Old world charm, not for everyone, very basic room, but the best shower pressure I had the whole trip. Good location and great value.

Really lovely the staff are pleasant the food is really good nice outdoor area walking distance to a lot of attractions
Pros:

We luv old buildings everything about the place had character all the vanished wood and furnishings are gorgeous ❤️

Cons:

My husband liked the outdoor area until I said he could do ours the same when we get Back home 😀Unfortunately the elevator wasn’t working and had to use the stairs I really need to do more exercise 😂but the staircases are beautiful

Pros:

The hotel itself is a artefact itself, lots of history and it was old fashioned.

Cons:

The room was dirty, we’ve found chips and a deodorant under the bed. There were stains on the floor as well.

Pros:

The old antique furniture beautiful

Cons:

Noise, beds were comfortable but squeaky, size of shower to get in no safety railing for elderly and shower floor slopped elderly person nearly slipped. Lift was out of order, didn't get the room that was booked for elderly person that cant walk up stair, all of which should of been stated when booking.

Excellent!
Pros:

We always stay because it is affordable, free parking, walking distance to town and university. This hotel is old and quirky, you have yo have the right mindset. I love the courtyard, it's beautiful naturally, bricks and flowering trees. I always feel safe at the hotel and Linda is very friendly and helpful. A great refurbished bar down the street called the law rooms bar, also serves food.
