The 8-person 2-bedroom apartment we booked was spacious, and equipped with everything needed (washing machine, dishwasher, tv). As the farthest apartment in the building, it was quite cold the first night, but the staff were very kind and helpful, got us one of their private electric heaters, and made sure the heating was adjusted when the technicians came. The village supermarket is across the street, and two restaurants are within 100m. The garage as well as the ski storage are underneath the house, and you can literally put your skis on next to the building and ski some 100-200m to the nearest gondola, and return with a blue piste from your day of skiing.
The check-in was a bit chaotic, and the treatment you get is similar to a school winter camp, perhaps because many guests are teenagers and students. You are asked to sign the house rules which specify quiet hours between 23.00 and 7.00. Unfortunately, the restaurant/pizzeria across the street turned into a disco in the evening, and there were parties daily until 2-3 am, with people taking the party outside into the street and with extra loud techno music making the furniture shake. If you are 3-4 people and can fit into the bedrooms on the valley side, this will not bother you, but we were 5 and had to use the sofa bed in the living room - and it was almost unbearable.
