Pros:

Sehr netter Kontakt zum Gastgeber. Ruhige Lage, großer Parkplatz um die Ecke oder parken an der Straße möglich. Das Zimmer war sehr gemütlich und das Badezimmer sehr gepflegt und geräumig. Insgesamt war alles makellos sauber und einladend. Empfehlenswert!

Pros:

Très bon accueil, Helder est un hôte remarquable très attentionné sans être envahissant. Sa charmante maison est face à la mer, à 5 mn de la plage, d'un bon restaurant et des thermes. Très calme malgré la proximité de la route

Cons:

Rien à dire sauf qu'il est nécessaire d'avoir un véhicule, l'endroit n'est pas desservi par les bus

Like being home
Pros:

It was wonderful!
We had an amazing experience. Helder is a special man that was always there for us, giving us informations about places, giving completely his house to us.
Staying with him was the best way for us to experience also some locals warmth, and to be honest, we loved it deeply.
We felt home 100% and it was the best housing out of 4 we had in different islands.

I will go back for sure!

More HOST contact, even without english would have been preferred. That’s why i stayed there.

Cons:

Host contacted me thru booking.com to say booking.com didn’t pay for two days worth of my stay. Idk why or what that is all about but i have decided to disconnect from booking.com because i wasn’t answered about this at all. Pay your hosts if you are not! I paid in full. No I’m not interested in changing my mind. My bonuses on booking.com weren’t anything I would use is another reason. I’m not chasing your carrots! 🥕 Thank you, will🖖🏼

A very special island with authentic food and genuine Azorean culture.
Pros:

We had such a wonderful first stay in Carapacho that we decided to return. The craftsmanship of the home is beautiful and the view out the front door and the patio are world class. Getting to the thermal springs is an easy 5 minute stroll and we recommend passing through the well maintained camping area which is just above the road down to the hot springs. A true gem!

Cons:

I suppose if you wanted night life you wouldn’t find it here, but Graciosa is more known for its fruity white wine and underwater diving than shopping and city lights.

Exceptional
Pros:

The owner has a great location with amazing views to Sao Jorge island and a 5 minute walk to the ocean front hot springs in Carapacho. The house was very clean and comfortable and the host was only home in the evening after work and allowed us to share his fridge and kitchen which was above and beyond and really made our stay comfortable. It was so kind of him to leave us fresh fruit and tea from the Azores. Highly recommend, we will definitely return here again. This is an extraordinary value when compared to other places on Graciosa.
