The property felt like it was in a real neighbourhood.
The room felt a little rough and probably others would complain about it. The Wi-Fi signal was marginal and often disappeared.

room 5 is not up to par. stayed here last year and it was fine; now somewhat disappointing, because of the room: rickety, cramped, airco either full blast or nothing - not howI remembered and what I expected

The two guys was very kind, the place is reallly near to the port (5 min)

I could not stay the main door was locked i could not enter
Our aim was to stay a night and catch up the Samos boat in the morning. Location wise property was pretty good but there is no other positive points in my opinion.
After looking the area, this property has good rating and fair price. However I do not understand why this property has high rating. First of all room was quite dirty including bed sheets, towels were outdated. Bathroom was hard to move since it was too small and floated after each shower. It is guaranteed that you will wake up at 5 AM since you share a wall with a mosque. Not sure it was the room we stayed (which was room number 1) but I do not recommend this place at the moment.
The location is central in the old town, that does make driving and parking very difficult if you have a car. Breakfast, included, was very good.

Nice family run bnb with good location. 5 mins walk to the sea front and the commercial promenade. Very cozy patio covered with vine leaves. Comfy bed. The owners are the nicest persons you'd meet. Delicious breakfast.

I didn't really mind as I'm up at sunrise anyway, but the mosque is right next door and will wake you up (in August: at about 5:15 am).
The location was great, it’s on a hilly small street at the center. Close to the marina and ferries. The owner is very nice hence 5 stars. The AC works.
It’s not well attended, not dirty but very old and tired. The owner gracefully gave us a bigger room at the ground floor but the mold smell was horrendous. The mosque right next to the hotel wakes you up at 5:30, it’s loud. There was also a baby crying all night which I could hear. We didn’t get to have breakfast as we left early in the morning but I read in some of the comments that the owner prepared take away breakfast for some. They didn’t offer it to us.
Yavuz bey is really friendly and chill. The place itself is also quite and comfortable (except the music from the bars, but it didnt disturb me so much). The location is very central and close to the sea.

Rooms could use some modernisation
Very clean and the stuff of the hostel is very friendly and helpful. We had to leave our bags after the check-out hours and they took care of our stuff. I would definitely recommend it again and I would go there again. The breakfast is very well as well, especially the homemade tomato paste. Thanks again!
The host were very friendly, they don’t speak English but they do everything they can to help you and use translation app! The location is ideal, perfect to reach everything walking distance. The breakfast was outstanding, fresh products.
The room was slightly dated but still comfortable and very clean.
