Pros:

Ótima localização, na rua principal ao lado dos restaurantes e lojas. Ótimo chuveiro e amenidades (hidratante, sabonete, shampoo, condicionador), água com bastante pressão que ajuda depois de longas caminhadas. Funcionários muito simpáticos.

Cons:

Pegamos alguns dias de sol que deixaram o quarto quente à noite e a acomodação só tem aquecedor, não tem ar condicionado.

Nuestra estancia estancia en términos generales fue 10/10, lo pasamos muy bien, el hotel está perfecto para nosotros

Era muy cómodo, buena atención y encontré fantástico q tuviera tina, después de largas caminatas se agradece un baño de tina calentito.

Cons:

Le faltan algunos implementos de cocina, ejemplo cocheras de café, colador de pastas, detalles importantes, cuando llegas de una caminata larga y solo quieres comer algo calentito y descansar

Clean rooms. Great location. Tiziana was amazing!
Pros:

I had a great stay here—this was probably my favorite place I stayed while in El Chaltén. Tiziana was absolutely amazing. She gave me so many helpful ideas for things to do throughout my trip and was always kind and welcoming. Overall, the hospitality and atmosphere made my experience truly special, and I would highly recommend staying here to anyone visiting the area.

Excellent staff
Pros:

The most wonderful and friendly receptionist I have ever encountered. My bus to el chalten was broken down, delayed by 6hrs. The hotel receptionist kept contacting with me via WhatsApp. She stayed until I arrived at midnight, called a taxi for me, checked me in, explained how everything works. Truly exceptional hospitality experience.
Thank you so much.
Apart from that, the hotel is very clean, comfortable, and the bathroom is modern, bright, room is comfortable, clean, great location and has everything I need.
