Pros:

Easy location clean and simple. Just what we needed for a night to be close to a hike long route

Pros:

Increíble lugar para quedarse si van al Chaltén. Super cómodo, la habitación era excelente, todo nuevo y moderno. El trato del staff, excepcional, siempre a disposición y muy amables. Sin dudas volvería a hospedarme aquí, fue un placer!

Good room, very bad customer service.
Cons:

I stayed here in February 2026 and was scammed. On the day I paid for my stay, they told me they didn’t have change because I paid in cash. They asked me to give them until the next day to return the change. When I requested it, they said the owner would send it by bank transfer. As of today, March 29, I still haven’t received anything. It was around $50 that they owed me.

They no longer respond to my messages, and I wouldn’t want this to happen to anyone else.

Cons:

Les oreillers étaient trop gros, mal au cou au réveil.
L'isolation est inexistante, on entend les voisins au-dessus tirer la chasse d'eau, descendre les escaliers etc

Stanza molto carina con bagno molto spazioso.
Pros:

Arredata di gusto, molto pulita e con un bagno molto grande, soprattutto la doccia!
Staff molto giovane, cordiale e super disponibile.

Cons:

La mancanza di sedie vicino al tavolino con le tazze di cortesia per eventualmente prendersi un té o un caffé caldo da seduti, nonostante ci fosse lo spazio per metterle. Anche il bollitore posizionato in un posto non molto comodo (sull'etagere dell'ingresso).

Muy bien ubicado, las camas muy cómodas, estaba todo nuevo y poder dejar las valijas.

Cons:

Mala regulación de la calefacción, andaban mas las duchas ( estuvimos en 2 cuartos distintos y en las dos se mojaba todo el baño), no había secador de pelo en los baños

Cons:

We were locked out at night because their smart lock battery was down. No one responded at the emergency number until the next day. Not to mention that they refuse to send me the invoice, meaning I’m going to start a litigation through my credit card. STAY AWAY!
