The room was clean. The hotel is located perfectly near the center. The staff is friendly and the hotel has a car park.
A wool blanket is not appropriate for a hotel in the 21st century.
Wi-Fi is instable. The bathroom would need urgently a renovation. Staff at the reception can't communicate in English
Quaint building near the centre of town, nice big room with comfy beds. Hotel staff were helpful.
Bathroom a little small but acceptable because the room was big. Hotel was quite noisy at times; we could hear lots of conversations between guests in adjacent rooms and in the corridors. There were coffee making facilities but you had to buy the coffee from reception. It's a small thing but everywhere else we have been in Mexico has provided coffee within the room price.
Nulla.
The location was really good and the place is stunning the staff was and the water pressure was great with really hot hot water
The walls are thin you’re able to hear your neighbors alarms. My door was not easy to close due to authentic doors.
The facilities are beautiful! Very nice lounge areas both outdoors and indoors. Water pressure in the shower is great!!
Very good location, nearby everything that matters but not in the middle of the noise. It's quite a party town during weekends!
Our room was very dark, almost no difference to have the curtains closed or opened.
Bathroom is quite small in comparison with the room comfortable size.
Internet is ok, unless you need to work. Video calls are not stable
Location and ambiance of the hotel.
We were walking around town and missed the checkout time. We had to pay 400 pesos for maid over time. Downer
