Pros:

Great location, nice breakfast, big rooms with city view

Cons:

Receptionists were not cooperative, it seems they forgot they are there to assist the customers with simple questions.
In one of the evenings there was no hot water in the shower!

Pros:

Everything was clean

Cons:

We slept with opened windows and at night there was an awful smell from the harbour.
The breakfast was very poor. Omelette for extra money. And the most upsetting thing - no black tea at breakfast!!!
We were with the child and they gave us a room with 1 bed 🤦‍♀️

A four star hotel with 5 star service - honestly did not expect
Pros:

Perfect location. Super clean and comfy bed, nice interior and design, tasty breakfast, welcoming staff- the girl at the reception stood up once approached- a simple gesture you may say but very rare nowadays 🙂

Pros:

Best Location in heart of old Batumi. Proper architecture of the hotel stands out in old city with its moder facade and at the same time honoring the scale of the old development. Clean rooms and friendly staff.

Cons:

Internal noise insulation is not in place - you hear every little sound coming from the corridor and other rooms. Toilet flush did not work properly. TV set has to be use via apps only - no cable TV.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel and found almost everything to be just right. The location is very convenient, making it easy to get around. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a relaxing environment. The staff was also attentive and polite throughout our visit.
​Cons:
If we had to mention one area for improvement, the breakfast and coffee selection could be a bit better. Overall, a great experience that we would happily recommend!
