Чистый, достаточно новый отель в центре старого Батуми 😍 Расположение просто замечательное! Хорошая звукоизоляция, удобный матрас, уютно и чисто в номере. Завтрак, честно ожидала большего. Была всего три дня, поэтому не особо критично, но выбор прям скудноват конечно. Чай только черный, кофе в термокувшине, как-то не серьезно для такого отеля. Кофемашина сегодня, мне кажется, должна быть))) Да и у нас не охлаждал холодильник совсем. Просили на ресепшене устранить неполадку, но видимо никто и не приходил((. В остальном все супер!!!

Good location, dreadful attitude from staff

It is well situated

Cons:

The staff were rude and inefficient. Breakfast can only be described as chaotic. No cups for hot drinks, not enough cutlery, dirty uncleared tables, and a staff member who didn't care and was really rude to guests. The male receptionist was obviously also trained in the same way.and was unwelcoming . We had travelled in a group of 10 mature adults and unlike other places we visited where the Georgian hospitality was wonderful, this hotel made every effort to make us feel unwelcome

אחרי חיפושים של ערב לפני בבוקינג ובגוגל, בחרנו במלון הזה ולא התחרטנו😊
Pros:

מיקום מעולה,
הרגשנו שיש תמורה מלאה ל290 לארי (Gel) ששילמנו עבור חדר טווין.
היינו שם לילה אחד, אז זה שלא היתה מרפסת זה היה בסדר בשבילנו.
נקי באופן יחסי, המזרן נוח אבל לא משגע עם מצעים נקיים ונוחים.
ארוחת בוקר בקומת מינוס, מה שגרם לנו יותר לחוויה של ארוחה במועדון ערב/לילה.
האוכל בסדר ובסיסי.

Расположение ,персонал и уборка

Cons:

Для заявленного уровня гостиницы ,было несколько не приятных моментов .
Сейф был переносной и не закреплен (смысл в нем ?
Дверь балконная не защелкивалась
Некоторые вещи отсутствовали в ванной комнате ,халат на одного (номер для двоих )
Дополнительная плата за просьбу приготовить глазунью на завтрак ..(ни в одной гостинице не сталкивались с таким )
Ожидали большего !
