Good value but poor customer service
Pros:

Cleanliness and location

Cons:

Staff were not really welcoming + during checkout in the morning the receptionist was not at his desk and an old (and odd) guy seated at the entrance talked to us in a bad manner, wanting to check our room

Excellent Customer Service, Clean, Very nice view
Pros:

Very good customer service. The rooms were clean, bathrooms were well kept. The house keeping staff was awesome. The location is good. The check-in experience was good and they did allow early check-in. The front desk staff was very helpful. The bed is super comfortable and the balcony has a really nice view. The place is old town and in a safe neighborhood.

Cons:

Stayed in the one with the balcony. Some of the issues / feedback:
1. The window frame (Both of them) have a large gap and it allows noise to seep into the room. (This looks to be an issue with the window frame itself). There is construction happening at times and there are some clubs nearby and the music from them was coming to the room and found it difficult to sleep at times.
2. There is a TV in the room but the movies are all in Georgian audio dubbed. It would be nice to have English audio for english movies.
3. When raining, water falls in one side of the balcony as the roof has a small leak and also is not covered enough. (It does not enter the room so its fine).
