Lage am Strand ist gut, Serviceleistungen könnten besser sein.
Pros:

Strand befindet sich hinter dem Hotel, schönes ruhiges Pool. Gepflegte Grünflächen.

Cons:

Personal des Restaurants war ungeschult, einige Speisen oder Getränke nicht erhältlich. Falsche Lieferung von Speisen und Getränken.
Sauberkeit im Poolbereich sehr mangelhaft.
Lautes Laubgebläse um 07:00 Uhr ist zu früh.
Wir konnten keine Strandtücher bekommen, weil die Lieferung nicht klappte.
Personal an der Rezeption sprach teilweise kein englisch.

Emplacement premium, hôtel top !
Pros:

L’emplacement est exceptionnel, le personnel très sympa, le resto attenant est top.

Cons:

Des détails comme la qualité de la cuisine extérieure, le bruit des chaises extérieures ou le gel douche pas top mais nous avons malgré tout passé une excellent séjour.

séjour parfait sauf le petit déjeuner.
Pros:

L'emplacement est top, personnel très agréable, chambre très propre et très fonctionnelle, belle piscine au calme......
le restaurant est très bien également, les pieds dans le sable au bord de la mer, situation idéale.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner très cher pour le peu qu'il y a ; nous n'avons pas trouvé de pain frais (baguette ou pain blanc), pas de nutella ; décue du petit déjeuner

Revoir isolation sonore en urgence
Pros:

Emplacement sur la plage, mobilier moderne dans les chambres

Cons:

Très bruyant, les fenêtres n’isolent absolument rien niveau sonore. On participe à toute heure à la moindre discussion extérieure ou au trafic sur le parking. Sans parler du souffleur à 7h du matin !
L’appartement était au rdc et plusieurs vitres avaient un filtre opacifiant, on ne voit donc pas l’extérieur c’est une étrange sensation

Un séjour confortable, sans tracas. Directement sur la plage.
Pros:

La gentillesse du personnel (tout particulièrement Jacques à la réception). L’emplacement (idéal pour visiter Le Diamant, Anse d’Arlet, Grande Anse et Anse Mitan sans voiture. Autobus, traversier et sentier directement à la porte). Plusieurs restaurants sur la plage. Le calme, la tranquillité, le confort et la propreté exceptionnelle des lieux. Climatisation et wifi impeccables (permet le télétravail). La jolie piscine et la cuisinette complète. Lit et draps confortables. Merci à toute l’équipe pour le travail et les attentions.

Simply gorgeous!
Pros:

Modern, intimate and super clean accomodation, private terase, literally two stepts away from the sea and the ferry to Fort de France (for other sights, renting a car will be needed). Carrefour and local boulangerie are at a 2 minutes walk.
Could not have chosen better!
