Good value for money in a good location
Pros:

We booked the Empress Hotel but ooking.com cancelled the booking at short notice and we couldn't re-book so Promenade House was available for which we were very grateful. The property was available, spacious and comfortable and considerably cheaper than the Empress

Cons:

No breakfast provided and no breakfasts available locally so we had to make do with yoghurt from M&S .

The lack of personal contact was not ideal. We expected rubbish to be removed promptly but there was a one day delay a and we expected dirty towels to be removed.

Wonderful stay! Kim was so helpful every step of the way!
Pros:

Property was a great location to catch public transport or walk to some of the popular TT spots!

Cons:

The only thing that was a negative was that there wasn’t air condition and it was warmer than expected. But AC wasn’t advertised, it was just the heat and nothing to do with property! Able to open a window and it was fine!

Seafront hotel, didn't see one member of staff in the four days, tea/ coffee used on first day and not replenished had to supply over own, if you had booked continental breakfast don't know where you'd have eaten it 😉 apparent from that very clean comfy beds washroom/ shower very good to

Overall a fantastic stay , loved the room , would definitely come back .

Pros:

I had a huge room with shower and bath. Tea/coffee facilities along with a small fridge. Sea view with only a ten minute walk to the town centre (nice and quiet).

Cons:

Nothing, it was spot on. There isn't any parking, but you can park on the promenade for 16hrs at a time for free

Good if you want the exercise of climbing stairs and walking into town!
Pros:

Comfortable bed. Large room with seating area. Clean and tidy. On the promenade, although 2km from the centre of town. Good value compared to other properties.

Cons:

This room is on the third floor, so there were a lot of stairs to carry luggage up! The bath arrangement was a bit odd as the water flow wasn't really quick enough to fill the bath. There was a shower head, which helped, but a stand alone shower would be better and there was plenty of room for one.
Carpet was past its best.

Lovely apartment with a few minus points!
Pros:

It was really comfortable with good facilities

Cons:

There was a humming noise throughout. Traffic was quite busy outside. Steps to the kitchen and bathroom were a bit steep and the towels were tiny!!

Spacious rooms with great sea views. Lovely airy bathroom. Very peaceful

Cons:

Weird smell of turpentine as you entered. Also at entrance to apartment . We reported this to the host, who said they were unable to find a smell or problem. May have been spillage or carpet cleaner. Weather was nice and we had windows open all the time.

The bathroom was huge but with only an over bath shower with no bracket or room to stand up. Made it very awkward to use.
