Overall, this place is beautiful, clean, and comfortable. Good value and the hosts are very helpful.
Pros:

Very clean, comfortable, and scenic. Niccoló was extremely helpful. He was easy to contact and responded quickly. Every time we needed something, he addressed it right away. Location was convenient; not too far from Florence and a short drive to restaurants/groceries. Great value for the price. Absolutely beautiful view of the landscape, and the pool was very refreshing. We would definitely stay here again. This was our favorite accommodation during our entire trip through Italy.

Cons:

The only downside here was during their laundry services, they lost one pair of our shorts and three of our socks, which seems like it should have been easy to avoid. Despite this mistake, we still loved our stay, though.

Great place and localization. Beautiful view from the poolside, perfect communication with the host.

Ein rundum Sorglos-Paket mit wunderschöner Aussicht
Pros:

Es war den ganzen Tag über sehr ruhig in der Unterkunft, man ist sehr gut mit dem Auto angebunden, um in umliegende Orte zu fahren und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls gut zu erreichen. Die Unterkunft war gut gepflegt, sowohl das Haus, als auch die Anlage.
Niccolò war ein hervorragender Gastgeber, er hat uns sehr viele Tipps für Ausflüge und Essensmöglichkeiten gegeben und war immer überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit.

החדר של הזוג היה טוב פחות.
במיקלחת היה וילון כל המים יצאו החוצה.
המיטה הייתה קצת רופפת.
הבעייה העיקרית היא שאין רשת ליתושים ויש המוןןןןן מעופפים.

A beautiful villa in the heart of Tuscany, offering stunning views and a tranquil setting
Pros:

Niccolo was such a great host! So helpful when we needed recommendations on where to eat or needed help with anything! The pool area was also beautiful with many lounges. The view is obstructed by shrubs however so would be good if they were chopped back to enjoy the view pool side!

Cons:

The mosquitos were quite bad so we couldn’t have windows open which meant there was no air flow. The kitchen and living area don’t have any fans or air con so it was quite stuffy and hot. We visited at the end of summer too. So a good addition would be even just a portable fan to move about between rooms.

Een super fijne vakantie gehad in dit vakantieverblijf
Pros:

De vakantie accommodatie ligt op een schitterende plek en in het dichtbij gelegen dorp zijn er voldoende eetgelegenheden en ook een supermarkt. Tevens kan men van hieruit gemakkelijk steden als Florence, Siena en Pienza bezoek. De Chianti streek is dichtbij.
De beheerder van de accommodatie doet super zijn best voor alle gasten.

Cons:

Vliegenhorren zouden muggen buiten het appartement kunnen houden. Eén enkele airco naast ons appartement was aan een onderhoudsbeurt toe. Eén lager van de airco ventilator bleef een fluitend geluid maken. De vaatwasser in ons appartement bromde behoorlijk. Dus aanzetten als je er niet bent.

Wspaniałe wakacje!
Pros:

Właściciel bardzo miły i pomocny. Udzielił nam wielu cennych wskazówek dotyczących restauracji, czy możliwości zakupu lokalnych produktów. Mieliśmy duży, przestronny apartament, bardzo czysto, przepiękny widok z okna.
