Relaxed, friendly and a family like atmosphere.
Pros:

Without a doubt one of my best experiences at a hotel anywhere. Steve, the owner and the team were extremely accommodating during my stay. The hotel has a lovely, relaxed and friendly vibe. There are theme nights in the bar. I even found that I made friends with many of the other guests during my stay.
I would recommend the hotel as the ideal spot for the perfect getaway.

Cons:

I can't find anything that I can list as a negative.

OK FOR THE PRICE WE PAID. BUT CAN BE BETTER !

We liked the fact that the hotel was only a stone throw away from the beach.

Also shoutout to the lovely man on the reception who was very friendly. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Gutted I couldn't grab his name.

Cons:

Outdated furniture inside the room / carpet needs uplifting.

Towel rail inside the bathroom was rusty.

Also the pool area needs upgrading / more sunbeds and modernise the space around.

Ok. Staff were friendly but the vibe was off. The place felt creepy and did not feel comfortable
Pros:

The room was clean and breakfast was ok and the pool water was warm.

Cons:

Pool area dirty- chairs had cobwebs etc.
Room was hot- no fan or air conditioning during high temperatures
Bed- mattress uncomfortable
Kettle- had mould in it
Building- creepy/ broken window/ lots of empty rooms

Ok for somewhere to base yourself.
Pros:

Budget friendly hotel. Lovely location for families. Large three bed room. Decent breakfast included. Friendly helpful staff.

Cons:

Mattress was so uncomfortable. Pool not clean or heated! Bar very tired looking and empty. Shower tiny with either very hot or very cold water!

Happy with our stay
Pros:

The hotel is being renovated so facilities were limited, but we got the room at a decent discount because of this. Steve the manager explained the situation and was very helpful during our stay. The room was clean, warm and comfortable, which was enough for us in this occasion.

Cons:

The kitchen wasn't functioning, so no breakfast was available, but we managed by getting our own ... shops are very near, and coffee and tea were provided in the room anyway.

Cons:

The new male owner taking my breakfast off my plate, stating it wasn't self service, even though the previous day it was self service. He literally took a sausage off my plate! However the new female owner had a lovely, friendly attitude.

Beautiful hotel but very disorganised with no personal touch
Pros:

Perfect seafront area, decent size room, very clean, nice bathroom, plenty of hangers for clothes and comfortable bed with lovely bedding.

Cons:

There was no one on reception at check in time and only a phone number to call, the place seemed deserted, only one option for breakfast with no menu, or continental option. The breakfast came out within 2 minutes so not freshly cooked to order and the breakfast was of poor quality. There was a wedding at the venue and it was assumed that we were there for the wedding which we were not. Overall very disappointed. Staff not very welcoming as they seemed preoccupied with the wedding booking, also there was no one present on check out with no number to call so no personal touch whatsoever, just had to post the key though the letter box and leave.
