Underer einwöchiger Aufenthalt mit 2 Enkeln war gelungen!
Pros:

Das Frühstück war excellent, und die Lage des Hotels einmalig. Von der Frühstücks Terrasse hatte man den frontalen Blick auf den Watzmann. Der Pool war sauber und gerne angenommen obwohl nicht beheizt. Die Rezeption war sehr freundlich, wir wurden zügig und herzlich aufgenommen.

Wir kommen gerne wieder
Pros:

Tolles Frühstück, sehr freundliches Personal. Ruhig und dennoch zentral gelegen. Bahnhof in 5-10 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Mit der Gästekarte sind Regionalbusse z.B. zum Königssee kostenlos nutzbar

Pobyt byl naprosto úžasný. Hotel byl čistý, prostorný, zařízení nové. Využili jsme i skvělého wellness. Snídaně byly bohaté a chutné.

Beautiful views, good breakfast, comfy bed and spacious room/apartment
Pros:

Breakfast was awesome and we ate out on the balcony of the restaurant overlooking the mountains! We booked a room in the "new" building so it was down the hill slightly from the main hotel. It was hot (no AC) but Franz at reception brought us a fan that really helped! Room was spacious with a kitchenette and good sized bathroom. Bed was very comfy and we had a private balcony with a lovely view as well.

Cons:

Only negative was no air conditioning (since it was very warm when we were there) and some traffic noise in the evening as the building sits right on the local road that leads to the "old town" area.

Schöner Urlaub und angenehmer Aufenthalt
Pros:

Wir können nur loben. Die Herzlichkeit mit der wir empfangen worden, war super. Das Hotel hat eine moderne und trotzdem landestypische Einrichtung, alles ist sauber. Das Zimmer war ausreichend geräumig und der Pool ist super. Den Wellnessbereich haben wir aufgrund der Temperaturen im Mai nicht benutzt. Das Frühstück war hervorragend und man hat morgens bereits den phänomenalen Ausblick auf den Watzmann. Ein wenig kann man sogar von unten das Kehlsteinhaus auf dem Obersalzberg sehen. Die Lage ist auch gut und man ist in 2-3 Gehminuten direkt in der „Altstadt“ Berchtesgadens. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Cons:

Die Dusche hätte etwas größer dimensioniert sein können.

The beds were very comfortable. The staff provided us with a couple of fans which made my evenings much more enjoyable.
Pros:

Loved the pool with an amazing view! Great hot tub, sauna and spa area with extra showers and bathroom! The breakfast was AMAZING! The staff was very friendly. We stayed here to visit the Eagles Nest, which was amazing as well!

Cons:

I thought the chairs by the pool were very uncomfortable. There are two sets of very comfy double couches with cushions more like a veranda, but they were not facing the best view! I also felt like the pool closing at 9 o’clock was too early! I also think that each guest should be given two pillows and not one.

GREAT place to stay in Berchtesgaden.
Pros:

Great location and very helpful front desk staff. Breakfast was extraordinarily. Balcony with mountain view was great (rm. 406).
