Pros:

The 24/7 reception desk is an advantage for guests arriving outside the usual check in hours.

Cons:

The location pinned on the map on the main page before booking a reservation is wrong. It was one major factor in booking the place.

Pros:

My friend was recommending this hotel- and true, this was excellent with affordable room rates.
Free botted water and coffee.
Good internet connection.
Enjoyed watching clear reception of cable TV. You can choose a lot of HD channels.
You can ask the staff for a Taxi with smile of their face, willing to assist you.
I have nothing to see against this hotel. Their service was exceeding my expectation, considering of their cheap hotel rates. This is my home in Cagayan de Oro City.
