Soggiorno piacevole ad eccezione del check-in
Pros:

Ambientazione carina adatta ai bambini che sicuramente apprezzano la presenza dei personaggi Gardaland.
Struttura coerente con un 3 stelle. Il prezzo più alto rispetto a strutture di medesima classificazione si giustifica per il contesto.

Cons:

La gestione del cliente e della prenotazione con policy della struttura assolutamente discutibili e a solo discapito del cliente mettendo al primo posto l’incasso immediato e oltre il dovuto dell’Hotel rispetto alla ragione dei fatti. Direttore privo di empatia e chiuso a qualunque opzione per la risoluzione del problema. Complice un’errore di Booking nella comunicazione della prenotazione all’Hotel questa non ha accettato soluzioni se non addebitare al cliente una spesa non dovuta, cosa che non ci aspetta da una struttura di questo calibro.

Pros:

La struttura è molto bella! A prima vista tutta illuminata e ben curata! Appena fatto il check-in ed entrati nei padiglioni delle camere una vista mozzafiato con la fontana di prezzemolo! Complimenti.
