For two nights we had to change 4 locations.

1st. Original location was overbooked we had to change to another hotel of the group.

2nd was nothing like the pictures. It is the place that military/police is using to sleep. Full of men with guns, it looks like a frat house. And it definitely not felt safe. (Police is usually rude and violent with some cases of extortion that I experienced firsthand on the roads)
-We asked to be in another part of the hotel. The hotel jacked up the price and for an extra fee we had our room. This the third location

3rd we are upgraded with a quite an increase in the fee. We enter the Room and there’s huge stains on the bed… we ask to change, and we end up in a okay one ( it is in a better location in the same hotel were the police was but they are totally at the end of the hotel and we are at the entrance. It feels safer.
But…. At 3 in the morning ROOSTERS plural, started to sing until we left at 8
THERE WAS NO HOT WATER
They have a farm in the middle of the hotel that we haven’t seen when coming at night. It’s full of roosters, chickens and rabbits all around. And we’re downtown Cuernavaca…. Unbelievable!

For our second night we ask to be moved to another location.

4th location we are in a rundown hotel but it’s peaceful, there is hot water, no people with guns, and no poultry.

Really terrible experience. They said they are under new management…

This place sucks, not recommended at all
Pros:

Breakfast was not that bad

Cons:

Shower was broken
Water pressure from the shower was inconsistent
We found a worm in the restroom, and when it was mentioned to the staff they said it was normal and that we should have expected similar situations
We didn't get blankets until the 2nd time we asked for them
It was plagued with ants
Electrical outlet inside a wooden closet (which is a fire hazard)
Breakfast took more than 35 minutes to serve scrambled eggs
The bathroom was ill equipped, had no soap, cream nor conditioner and shampoo was heavily diluted with water
When staff was confronted about the aforementioned issues, they shrugged and basically said "should've said something, deal with it"
