Pros:

Down Town Quepos ,aber trotzdem angehnem
entspannt. Man kann vieles zu Fuß bewältigen.
Preis ist völlig gerechtfertigt.

Pros:

It had everything I was looking for. It is just off the Malacon about a half a kilometre to the bus that takes you to Manuel Antonio park. The Bahia Azul resto across the street is solid.
Room clean shower might be rickety for some. Mine said hot water but you need to turn different way. Staff is very nice. Except for smallish refreshing pool, nothing in the way of amenities.
As I said it had what I was looking for, but gave it an 8 because some people reading will expect something that this place is not if I give it a 10.

The owner/manager was very helpful and pleasant, the room was nice and clean. Very comfortable mattress.

Pros:

This was a little oasis right at the end of the Malecon in Quepos. The pool was cool and refreshing and there were peaceful outdoor areas to sit. The bed was comfortable and the AC was good.

Cons:

We didn't realize that there was no refrigerator in the room which is becoming more important in the heat for cold drinks.
